I've never had an issue with their work was the first garage i went to when i first moved to Florida and i still go there when i need something done that i cant do myself. Definitely recommend them you cant please everyone but you can please the ones that count.

There's not enough space on here to thank this shop and it's staff enough for the work completed on my 2007 Volvo xc90. Took my 2014 Challenger to the dealer TWICE regarding my AC, after spending hundreds of dollars and still having an issue, we took it to Citrus and they found the problem and had my car back within the day...charged way less than the dealership, very affordable. Every now and then I need to take time and appreciate the good honest businesses that really help people instead of taking advantage. I had driven up from fort Laudrdale in a diesle dually truck to see my family. My AC froze up making my trip 6 hours on the way up. I thought I was for sure going to be changing out my compressor or be ripped off like I just had in a different vehicle back home. As soon as I called Citrus auto he took my truck in. This gentleman fixed it same day. He is truly one of the few honest businesses in this type of work. Thank you for taking stress away and sending me home cooled down. My mother in law’s 2016 Yukon XL seat was broken. The wire was stuck under the seat and would not tilt. I took it to a local shop and was told I needed to replace the motor. Luckily, that shop failed to fix the seat in a timely manner, I took it to Gary at Citrus Auto. We dropped the truck off and Gary looked at the seat within an hour or so and called me to inform me it wasn’t the motor so much as it was just stuck. He unstuck the seat and saved me a thousand bucks. If I ever need any repair work done, I will choose Citrus. He’s honest, dependable, and does what he says he will do!

We have an older pick-up that even after two (2) trips to our regular mechanic, continued to have a/c issues. After reading several reviews, calling a few a/c repair places, we went to Citrus Air. Gary called within two hours and let us know our options. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that confirmed why we chose Citrus Air. Our truck's air hasn't worked this well... Ever. The $$ spent with our usual mechanic was pointless and frustrating considering it didn't get fixed. Gary charged us less and resolved the problem. We're grateful we've found an honest and thorough a/c repair place for ALL of our vehicles if they need it.

If you're looking for a very honest and reliable auto repair facility this is it. I've had several occasions to use Citrus Air and Auto. I have never been disappointed. They are thorough and as I mentioned above reliable and honest. I have had occasion to used several other repair facilities in Lake County area only to be disappointed and over charged. He tries every way he can to save you money but does a quality job. I would highly recommend them from oil change, air conditioner repair, to repairing a trunk latch. All in between.

Called Gary Monday morning when the A/C on my RAV4 stopped working. He was very accommodating indicating if I could drop it off, he’d we able to look at it before end of day. He called me that afternoon and indicated the blower motor was no longer working and he thought the refrigerant was low. Got the part and had the repair completed the next day as promised. Pricing was very fair based upon the parts cost & labor. I recommend Gary if you have repairs needed on your car. He is knowledgeable and honest!

Guys were friendly enough which is why they get two stars. But my vehicle was brought in multiple times for an air conditioner that will not blow cold. In the end, I was out more than $1600 and nothing was fixed.
