Buyer beware. I was sold 2 used tires that had valve stem issues and wouldn’t keep air and just poor condition. I called them and explained this issue and was told they could do nothing about it. The tires they sold me didn’t last a month without issues. There are far better quality options around the area and the building should tell you all you need to know about this place.

I had a screw in my tire. I pulled in and they were able to take me immediately and on the spot. Last time I picked up a nail, in the same tire, another big-box garage charged me $42. All you wanted was $17 for the same work. I guess BS comes standard at that other place. Thank you! See you next time I pick up some hardware in my tire ☹️

Update 03/22/2025 Went to J and J auto repair on a Saturday morning at 10 o'clock without a scheduled appointment because I had a problem with my car. They diagnosed the problem with my car and had it ready 3 hrs later. This place is AMAZING!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH. People, take your car to these mechanics!! They are the BEST!!!!! Great Service and staff!! After checking 4 places for an A/C compressor for my SUV, I called J&J. Their quote was $300 less than the other 4. Took my car in on Saturday (another plus, being open on Saturday) morning and had it back in 3 hrs!!! Love this repair shop!! Will use them from now on. THANK YOU J&J!!

I asked for a quote and I got a crazy price for a tire plug… Totally completely dissatisfied with the incredible amount of money they wanted .. I am a man of god who follows the Old Testament and I would Never treat my neighbor that way. Greed should be a characteristic that God should punish you for. My money 💰 will go to a shop that is fair and cares about humanity not just about taking advantage of a good hearted god fearing Christian man. Due to my religious beliefs I can no longer support this type of business, but I will 🙏 pray that God still accepts them into heaven . PS. I did not talk to the manager cuz I knew I would not accomplish anything.

Stopped in for tire rotation and balance. Girl at the front desk was very pleasant. The young man got right to work on my car and I was out of there in 45 minutes. VERY reasonable prices. I will definitely be back when the need for auto repair arises. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish the mechanic was bilingual so I could ask him directly my concerns instead of relaying everything to front desk woman. But I will not let that keep me from coming back. I forgot to mention that I asked for an estimate for a tune up and the price of 2 new tires comparable to the tires I currently have. The estimate was better (by far) than the one I got from another local repair shop. PLUS these guys offer financing thru a third party which is wonderful especially with the economy the way it is right now. Glad to see young, hard working people offer quality auto repair at a fair price. Definitely a good company!

So yesterday I was suppose to get my a/c fixed in my car I dropped my car off not even 30 minutes later they said my key fell off when they broked my whole dang key now I’m out of 500 dollars for a new key that these people broked you think I’m taking my car back heck no because they will most likely mess up your car I wouldn’t recommend going here. Wish I can give zero stars.pitiful workers and that lady in the office knew exactly what I told her about my key

I suddenly found myself with a flat tire and directly outside of their business. I went in to the office at 5 o’clock at night. They were so kind and got right to fixing my tire. This was my first experience with J & J Auto Repair and Tires, but it surely won't be the last! On a Friday evening I realized that I needed brakes...front and rear. I called J & J Auto Repair and Tires around noon on Saturday and they could get me in on Saturday! The price was decent, so I hurried right over. It's not a white glove organization, but they sure know what they're doing in the automotive area. As my wheels were being removed, the service man explained everything to me. I was extremely pleased with his attention to detail in explaining what would be done, and why. Erica in the office professionally kept me informed as things progressed. I am well-pleased with J & J, and will return when my next need arises.
