Was just talking to my bestie about how she got ripped off at her local dealership mechanic and was telling her about how much I liked this place because it was affordable and they were straight up, explained everything in detail including prices and expectancies and how I, as a female who has had her dad take care of all her car issues most of her life, and no longer am afforded that luxury, actually really felt comfortable and trust these guys. They won't rip you off, they are very personable and I just generally feel safe in the sense that I'm not getting robbed and my mechanic isn't going to "accidently" loosen a hose or cross thread an oil pan cap. Also, really random but something I know people get anxious about: they work on a lot of really nice trucks, I mean NIIIIIICE trucks. You know the ones. Already pricey on the lot and then the owner has invested the retail base value alone in upgrades and customizations. You can tell the mechanics are passionate and really educated and into that sort of thing and working on them BUT it doesn't have that cultey, "members only" sort of feeling. They look just as happy pulling my little 2016 hyundai sonata up after services as they do pulling up the diesel w/ the lift kit to the heavens. Just don't be thrown off by appearances I guess is what I'm trying to say. Alright I'm out. Hope you enjoyed the review that's over a year overdue.😅

A fellow coworker referred me here when I had a small bump and scrape (okay it may have been a bad one) and was looking for estimates. The guys at All Motors did everything they could to help me out and save me a ton of money. They treated me well which I can't say about the other places. They were honest and trustworthy, just all around nice and genuine people. They cut straight to the chase and didn't waste any time. They were able to do the job a lot faster than other places estimated and at a fraction of the price! I felt that here they were really trying to help me out versus just trying to make a big profit. The staff is so friendly too, they really treat you like family! Hope to bring my car back, everyone should!! Thanks a lot guys!

I brought my 2004 ford f250 6.0 in after 230,000 miles began to have major issues. After talking with the staff we decided to go with a full bullet proof plus a few extras. The staff was amazing and answer all my questions without hesitation. My truck now runs better than new! GREAT JOB!!!!

Came in to get my CV axels and brakes/rotors replaced. They broke a caliper, and I had to pay to replace it. Quoted $900, ended up paying $1400. They also left a note on the paperwork that said not to put any more money into my vehicle due to the amount of rust. I've taken my 4runner into several places and have not heard that or had them break things. On to the next auto place, won't be back to this one. 2 stars because they squeezed me in quickly and had the work done within the day.

Been meaning to give my 5 Stars for a while now, but felt the need to write something appropriate and not just give a thumbs up click like you would for a good cheeseburger or slice of pizza. Will preface by saying I am the father of 7, with our youngest three attending college. We own five cars of various ages, condition and milage. Keeping my family safe while they are on the road is understandable for anyone. Doing so while on a big family vudget can be challenging. This is why my wife and I are so grateful to have All Motors to service our vehicles. They are genuinely as invested as we are, in finding the most cost-efficient solution to keep our vehicles running and safe. This is a rare quality that you don't see in many businesses today. About two weeks ago, I was pulling my boat to Cedar Island for a fishing trip with friends. As I was making my way out of Wilmington, my truck started overheating. I was thinking well this trip probably won’t happen because nobody’s gonna be able to look at my truck on a Friday afternoon.I called All Motors and explained the situation. They told me to bring the truck in and they would have somebody check it out. I wasn’t there 10 minutes before a technician came out to diagnose the overheating issue. They ordered a thermostat and had me back on the road that evening. They saved my fishing trip and as far as I’m concerned, they deserve 10 stars. Thanks again to the entire staff .

I will forever be a lifelong customer as long as I own vehicles to All Motors! I have been following Jay and Joe since they worked behind a counter well over 15 years ago! I have had multiple vehicles with them. Never disappointed! I brought my truck in for some regular maintenance, and there was an accident where something was broke. A piece was accidentally broken on my third brake light. They ordered me a new part and fixed it. They installed an even better part upgraded to an LED that matches the color of my truck. It looks really cool way better than the original part. Thank you guys for fixing this. You will always be my mechanics forever! 😀❤️

Thank God for craig and his team of guys. I was traveling to see a dear friend not too far from them when my engine decided it no longer wanted to work. it took a break from running for a while. AAA towed me to All Motors. I was greeted with a smile when i walked through the door. I obviously was upset and craig told me he would look at it right away and get me an answer as quickly as possible. before i could even get a cup of coffee, the bad news came in. The engine was Toast. I forgot to change to oil before i left the house and thought it would be alright. I guess i should have checked it before i left the house. (my Fault, oops). I expected weeks of having my car 800 miles from my house but to my surprise Craig had sourced a rebuilt engine for me cheaper than expected and had my car back within a week. I just stayed with my friend and drove my own car back home which saved me money on a rental. Thank you so much for getting me fixed up so Quickly. These guys are the real deal!!!! my car runs better than it ever has.
