I have been going to All Pro Automotive since the day before Thanksgiving 2003 the owner Mario and his staff. They're the best mechanic ever been to totally 100 and 1% honest. If the work does not need to be done. He doesn't do it. You will get a fair shake from him every time and more go to him. Once you'll go back. He will be your mechanic all the time.

Turned away with no apologies! I called on Wednesday 8/9/23 and was told by Mario to come in between 1:30-3:30pm today (Friday 8/11/23). I explained on the phone that I am making the drive from FL to NY and wanted to get a tune up/over look of my car to make sure it’s in good working order to make that journey. When I arrived today I was expecting to perhaps wait, as Mario did say he was having a busy week but I wasn’t expecting to be turned away! Mario literally said he couldn’t help me after he gave me a time to be there and I showed up at that time! The kicker is a friend recommended him!!! It’s fine if your busy. Say that! Don’t give me an appointment window and then have me drive 25mins there and back for nothing! When I called on Wednesday Mario told me to come on Friday! He should have just told me that he couldn’t take me and I would have looked elsewhere. Now I’m crunched to find somewhere before Monday and Mario suggested Tire Kingdom, again, with no apologies! As if my business with him didn’t mean a thing because it wasn’t anything major! If I wanted to go to Tire Kingdom I wouldn’t be going to a recommended small business mechanic. I was look for a personal touch, for someone trustworthy. I was hoping I’d finally found a mechanic I could go to regular to maintain my ‘07 Honda, especially with the great google maps reviews and again, a personal recommendation but I see now I was sadly mistaken! I’m really shocked. No other word for it. I’m sharing my experience so others are fair-warned. I can’t speak to him as a mechanic but this was my experience with him as a businessman. His word means nothing!

Mario is an amazing business owner. I was Highly recommend to him after i received a work order list of recommended repairs that were going to cost almost $1,000.Unfortunately being a female, I find it is very hard to ensure and trust that an auto shop will give you honest answers, so I needed a second opinion. Mario was beyond quick giving me the same estimate of work and saved me almost $400. I was beyond appreciative of his service and he has now gained a loyal customer. I will be recommending everyone I can. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you again, Mario and my boss, Jason Shears for the Recommendation!!!
