Ken is very nice and more important, he is honest. I took my car in for a coolant leak issue. After he spent some time testing the pressure and looking for leaks he wasn't able to find anything wrong. He topped off the coolant and suggested that i run the car for a few weeks and keep a eye on the coolant levels. This is the second time i brought my car to him, different issues ofcourse. Each time he was forthcoming with information on whats going on and there was a speedy turnaround. I will be coming back to Ken's Automotive for future service. Thank you Ken

Car wouldn’t start, called Ken up, got it towed with my AAA membership, 3 hours later I get a call with an explanation of what the problem was and what was fixed…Ken himself even picked me up from my neighborhood close by so that I could pick up my car! If I could give Ken and his men a 10 star review, I would. They were the best mechanics, diagnosticians and professionals I have ever seen. They went out of their way to get my jeep back on the road in less than two hours for my trip back to Pennsylvania. It needed a new fuel injector which normally would be a two or three day job. They were amazing. I am forever grateful to them for their kindness and expertise. Wonderful and exceptional people. Thank you so very much for helping me. I truly appreciate your extra effort. It was a great experience going to Ken's automotive. At First, I read the reviews and I saw they had very good review. That is what brought me there. As soon as I arrived, I felt I was in good hands. I've read plenty of great reviews about Ken. So when my wife's car started coming apart at the seams, he was my first call. I made the right choice. Ken is super-honest and very reasonable. I know for a fact that he and his mechanics spent more time on the car than he billed me for. And as he was reviewing the invoice before I paid, he found a $400 mistake in his favor that he immediately removed. I probably wouldn't have caught it. My wife's car is now in great shape and we couldn't be happier. This will be the only place I take our vehicles from now on.

I believe this is one of the most honest mechanics I have ever met! Feel so lucky to live so close to someone I can trust. But would travel for a professional like this! As a woman we all know how this goes. But Ken explained everything and told me my options and was extremely fair and went over and above! Not too many mechanics will say you don’t need something. This is the 2nd vehicle of mine he’s worked on but the first time I brought it in. I was blown away by how fast he assessed and fixed the issue and dealt with my other concerns and issues with the vehicle. He is very knowledgeable. This man is a treasure!
