Took my 2019 lease Volkswagen Jetta after some bad front end damage, including a bent cv axle. The owners Alex and Olga were the only ones that took care of the $1000 deductible, absolutely nothing out of my pocket!! Nobody else would help me out with the deductible and this is after visiting 10 body shops up and down Dixie Highway in Hollywood and Hallandale and getting estimates between $7-11,000. The only downside is the car took way longer to repair because they can get pretty busy, plus they lost the 1st check from my insurance company so another one had to be issued, which further delayed the repair. So what should have been a 3 week repair took more than 1 month. That meant more money for a rental, Uber/Lyft and bothering relatives for rides to work, Publix, the gym etc. When I finally got the car back, the body work and paint job came out really good and the bent axle/tire were fixed to its original condition. Been driving the car for 3 months with no problems. UPDATE: Have to remove another star because the paint job that was done to the hood is now coming apart. Its cracking and blistering. Any good, professional paint job should easily last 5 plus years. I took the car back and was told to drop it off. And god only knows how long that would take since they are so busy. I just can't go without a car for more than a week and I believe it will end up staying there for at least 2.

Great shop. Very reasonable and fair prices. Always prompt on their work and courteous with me while I am there. First time I dropped my vehicle off to them a couple months ago, I was going to take an uber to work. They insisted on taking me to work themselves to save me any other expenses. I have used them a few times on my vehicles for various things since then and will continue to do so.

The BEST place to get your car fixed. Guy in a pick up truck blew past a stop sign on a major intersection and stopped dead in front of me with no time for me to stop. Needless to say, frame damage, bumper, radiator, etc. Came here based on a friends recommendation and wow. Exactly how the car was expire the accident. If I ever have an issue with my car or am unfortunate enough to get into another accident, this is where I will have my vehicle taken car of. The before and after pictures speak for themselves.

My 67 year old mother took her 2017 Nissan Rogue for repair after she went over a parking median a couple of times, and the car was making a loose clicking noise up front. After charging her $1200, the car sounds basically the same. Maybe 25% better at best. They claim they changed a few parts new, but it's terrible work. Never again. Don't recommend this place at all.

Took my car here because steering wheel felt lose and car was making noise on turns. I knew Alex for years and use to take cars to him for small repairs. Never had an issue. After inspection was told I would need a new axel, sway bar links, and an inner tie rod and it would take 3 days and $600. Took over a week. When they finally “repaired” it, I picked up the car and it was making grinding noise from the wheel. Seemed like breaks. Brought the car back and was told to pick it up in 2 days. I returned again and picked up the car. It did not feel right. Before I could take my car back, I got stuck reversing in a parking lot, the car would only drive forward. I had to push the car out of the spot manually and drove it straight back to the shop. He then told me that the axel failed and he would replace it for free. However, I also needed to pay another $150 because there are some additional parts that need replacement such as drivers outer tie rod. Took another week to fix it. I again pick up the car and he charged me $50 more because he put a good brand tie rod supposedly. I notice right away that the car is still not driving best. Makes noises on any bumps and the breaks noticeably works way worse. Again I adress this issue to Alex and came back to the shop to complain. Told him to ride with me along with other mechanics that worked on my car. And they all told me they don’t know what I’m talking about. My steering wheel was also not cantered. Came back few times more and they told me that nothing is wrong with my car. I drove the car for a bit and decided to replace my front breaks (pads and rotors). While at it I found that the break dust shied in on side was is bent and was rubbing against my break rotors, damaging it. Moreover, I found that the tie rod that Alex claimed was of the better brand (moog), was in fact of the cheapest brand (carquest), and was likely not a new part. After replacing the rotors and the pads, the breaks were still feeling spongy at times, which was not the case before this repair. Never had any issues at all with breaks. Later I replaced both front break hoses. This resolved any issues I had and breaks finally felt as they should be. After inspecting the old breaks lines I found damage to the internal parts of the break hoses. This means they never even took the care or any precautions to hang the break assembly properly when they were replacing the axel and other parts damaging my break system in the process …in multiple points. I would not recommend for you to repair your car here. Alex might be a good mechanic, but he is rarely ever working on your car. The people who work for him are the ones learning to repair on your car, but he still charged per hour rates as a master mechanic. He had a chance to make it right, I came back multiple times to tell him and show him that the car is not driving or BREAKING properly. He dismissed everything. Messed up my breaking system therefore putting me and others in danger. Irresponsible is an understatement. STAY AWAY!

I went from recommending this shop to everyone to actually staying away from it forever. Brought my old Mercedes there and wrote a whole list of what was broken on the car. Nothing crazy, just a bunch of small parts. The repair took 5 months and only a few things on my list got done. Was told my rim was bent so I got a set of two new rims and with tires for the car, but they just already threw on the new tires on the bent rim, making me waste money and now I have 6 wheels that I was planning on changing in the future anyway. While the car collected dust for 5 months my A/C stopped working, so now the car not only feels as broken as before, I don't even have air conditioning anymore... Worst of all, my 30 year old car still has original paint, but I've discovered permanent marks on my hood. Clearly someone was grinding or welding something in front of my car and the metal sparks embedded themselves into my paint. If I'm lucky it'll polish away, if I'm not lucky I'll have to take off the original paint... The drive shaft needed flex discs (a set of two) and I mistakenly only bought one and asked to get another so that we can install two, yet when I got the car only one was installed, so now I have to either pay someone to do the same job again or crawl under the car and replace it myself. Overall the shop has never disappointed me this much before. The obvious lack of importance or care applied to my vehicle is saddening and now I have to pay more thousands $$$ and waste more time re-fixing my car, especially after such a long and awful experience here...
