I talked with a guy his name is Taylor. I asked him about the quote of my Honda Honda Civic, 2007 to change my rotors. He said that he cannot give me a quote on the phone and hang up the phone when I call after he still say that he cannot give me a quote and you don’t want to give me a quote on the phone. I don’t recommend to nobody about this business. It’s a scam

I've been nervous knowing I needed to find a new repair shop. Well today I found it! I called this afternoon and Tyler got me in right away, on a Friday afternoon. Tyler has amazing communication skills and explains everything very well. I had a check engine light and a battery light that was on and after a quick diagnosis we decided it was the alternator so he got one ordered and it would be at his shop quickly. They realized it was only a bad connection on the alternator so I didn't need a new alternator thankfully. There were a few other things that I hoped he would have time to look at and he took care of all of them. I was out of there within a couple hours and had four different things fixed on the truck that have been bothering me one of which was a little broken hose under the radiator that I didn't know what it was and he informed me that my four-wheel drive currently is not working and he would replace the part which would fix the four-wheel drive that I didn't know wasn't working. Just in time for snow! Tire had been losing pressure so he figured out it was just a valve stem and quickly took care of that also. Price was very good, and I didn't feel taken or up sold one bit. I will now make that my go-to place for auto mechanic and refer them to family and friends. Thank you so much for making my day! Stress relieved.

I had never heard of All Pro Servicenter until AAA had my car towed there. Tyler was great! He kept me informed what was being done to try and figure out why my car wouldn't start. The car started for them with no problem, but he still ran tests and checked for any possible reason. I appreciated that. Still a mystery as to what happened. 🙂

I am new to iowa I called one shop and they wanted to charge me 90$ every 30 min. So I called this shop and said my vehicle needs diagnostic but I'm not paying 180 hourly rate. He cam back rude as he'll said well I dont know what to tell ya good luck. Not well here we have 150 diagnostic charge or 80 an hour or nothing. So I thanked him for his professionalism. So disrespectful do not recommend this shop!
