Pete is the best! I highly recommend coming to the Valley Junction All Pro Servicecenter. As a young gal, I have had my fair share of auto shops lacking integrity when it comes to quality, price, and service. Pete and the staff here are very genuine and extremely honest with pricing and the issue at hand. I came in to get my muffler/exhaust fixed and he got it fixed up in less than 24hrs for a fair price. Not to mention he didn’t try to pressure me into fixing all the other issues with my car that probably do need fixed. My car is much better shape! Go see Pete at All Pro Servicecenter!

We had the best experience at the West Des Moines All Pro Servicenter. Our daughter had recently moved to West Des Moines and started having car trouble. As parents living over three hours away, we were in a bit of a panic not knowing where to take it or who to trust. All Pro employees were so understanding and helpful and explained everything in a way we understood, giving us estimates every step of the way. Special shout out to Pete! He really helped ease our stress and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. We are so grateful there are still genuinely nice people out there. They fixed an ongoing problem that no one else seemed to be able to fix. Very knowledgeable mechanics, incredible service. Would highly recommend.

Best customer service I've had anywhere. Pete is amazing, genuine, and very knowledgeable. The tech that checked his car out, even came out and talked to us. My nephew and I were so thankful this is where we chose to take his car. After they checked it out, it wasn't worth putting money into and Pete was honest about it. He could have easily made a bunch of money off of us. This is the place to go! We will be back. (hopefully not for a while lol)

Truly a wonderful tight crew. I had already heard good things about this location in (Valley Junction) from my friend. She said Pete was a gem, and I agree. He was lovely to work with, the staff was kind and kept me in the loop on upcoming needs for my vehicle. They’re very thorough and personable. No one likes car maintenance, but Pete and his team make it a pleasant experience. I'm a jeeper and I love that Pete is too. He is a wealth of information so when I stopped in for my oil change, I asked his opinion on rims and tires because I'd been running my stocks and needed to upgrade before winter. The next day, I found what I thought was a great deal, so I called Pete to make sure I was making the right decision. He took a look at the pics and told me that the deal was too good to pass. Since I only have my jeep, he offered to help me get the new set after work (last night). Today, I have beautiful new tires and rims... and at a fraction of the cost. If you need a trusty car repair resource, you can't go wrong with All Pro West!

I am being 100% honest about this ... i was told i needed 3,000 dollars worth of work done to the truck . The brake line had failed and i did not want to drive it down to indianola to my guys at T N R auto. After being told of the cost i got it down to the shop in indianola, total cost to fix it was 950.00 ! That was with a new yoke for the rear end ! I will never ever go to that place again. So sad that they are involved in cheating people! This is the truth and i really feel like im doing wrong by posting this but it is what really happened.

My car wasn't starting so I took it to All Pro. They charged me $1900 to fix it. The next day it won't start again. I took it to another shop for another diagnostic and they say the fix will cost thousands. At this point the cost of these repairs is more than the car is worth. If All Pro had diagnosed the problem correctly the first time I never would have agreed to their fixes. I contacted them to see if I could get some reimbursement for their failed work, or a reduced rate on further repairs and they declined both. They did manage to not fix my car in less than a day though, so I'll give them a star for that!

This was one of the best services I have ever received in a body shop. I showed up half an hour early because my prior appointment was a lot shorter than I expected and I was filling willing to just wait until the appointment time but they ended up getting me out before my appointment time even came around. The gentleman behind the counter(I believe his name was Pete and he may have been the owner) was so kind and understanding about me being apprehensive after an awful last couple visits to my former oil change shop. Great experience! I was recommended to see Pete from a trusted friend. I had a brake light that would come on and off at random times. Pete was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem might be and set me up to get it checked out right away which I appreciated since it appeared to be a safety issue. He was very straightforward on what was needed and his mechanic did the repair in timely fashion. I highly recommend All-Pro in West Des Moines based on my experience!
