I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Allstar Auto Service. I took my car in to have the AC fixed and paid $1,200 for the repair. Within just two weeks, the AC broke down again. When I brought my car back, they told me I would need to pay an additional $2,000 to fix it. This is a horrible rip-off car shop. They take your money and never fix your car properly. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and clearly more interested in taking your money than providing any real service. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss. Do not come here ever.

1hour and 20minutes labor is only having a look at the engine. Told to inspect battery and brake, But didnot do. Made an appointment, But let me wait for a day. I did not think I will come here again. Engine plastic cover did not fix well and broke the cotton layer under the cover. The cost for replacing gasket is crazy. This place is recommend by Costco, But Still a trap.

I have been coming to this family owned body shop since 2006 when they put an alternator in my then 1996 Crown Victoria. Since then they have done work from breaks, tires, oil changes on all of my cars since then. They don't try to have you do work that isn't necessary or lead you on. They call me by name as I walk in. Respond to emails extremely fast. I would literally drive across the state if I lived there for them to do a simple task like a oil change. I tell everyone that is having issues to give them a shot.

i used to take my car here as a teenager, and it was honestly such a poor experience that I decided that id learn how to fix my own car. Fast forward to now and im a mechanical engineer who restores retro cars for fun. im thankful for them for inspiring a career and a lifelong passion. they still messed up my car and charged me an insane fee for it though

I wanted my 2022 Huyndai Tuscon hybrid completely inspected before driving 1400 miles back to PA. I scheduled an appointment and waited for check up to be completed. They did their usual 35 point inspection and made minor adjustments. In and out in 90 minutes. Friendly and professional. Surprisingly modest cost. Service better and significantly more cost effective than Florida or PA dealer. My highest recommendation!

I have been going around many places for my mini Cooper to find a reasonable good car mechanic shop. It seems to me finally my dream has been fulfilled. So, far I have been to All Star Auto 2 or 3 times to service my car. I am really happy and satisfied about everything from office secretary to mechanic work. And the estimate they send first for review is very reasonable. This place is a scam. My $607 bill for my brakes and rotors to be replaced turned into $971 bill due to 3 lug studs and 4 lug nuts being broken/ damage. While 1 lug stud was in fact old and already broken clearly 2 had been broken while in the shop at Allstar. Yet, they charged me almost $300 which was dropped by ~$150 bc they "took 30 mins to do the repairs rather than an hr". When I arrived to view the damage I was told that the studs broke due to erosion. As you all can see in the photos the brake is clean and shiny, no erosion. Its not old. Its not "easy to break" and these things dont "break all the time" as I was told by Wade, THE OWNER. Nor is it threded and thats why its stuck. Clearly, the mechanic working on my car, Danny, put too much tension on the stud when taking it off and it broke. This place takes advantage of those who dont fully understand car maintenance and try to gas light you into thinking their upcharges are valid and necessary. Scare you into thinking if you wait or dont get the repairs you will damage ur vehicle more. The department of agriculture will be in contact.
