Customer service is outstanding. The one thing that separates them from other auto shops is that they aren’t looking to make extra money off you with unnecessary fixes. They explain everything they are doing and get everything done in a quickly manner without taking away from the quality work they do. Was in and out with my brakes in less than an hour on a walk-in. They also followed up with a text message a few days later making sure I was satisfied with the work they’ve done.

The team has been keeping our van running. They even fixed a major problem from another shop. I send all our cars there. They are honest and very knowledgeable. Customer service is amazing. First, 5 star service. Brent is on the spot, professional, very customer service on the spot. Very personable. Keeps customers informed and talks with his crew members on progress on each car in the bays. Someone you can trust. I had a Colorado window wiring issue. 2 hours, found the bad wire, fixed it and off I went, $165. Hector the mechanic certainly knows his craft. I have to say I was quite impressed with Brent and Hector, the process, and other employees. Excellent work ethics here. My first est. Chevy dealer on North Lake. Estimate, complete new door harness, back ordered. When it shows up, if I purchase the complete harness at that time of estimate, installed $950. So, wire mend vs. new harness. I'm going back to Rapid Auto Care. They care and they took the time to find the issue. They now are going to have both our car and truck to service. Tell them Mike with the Colorado Window issue sent you. By the way, they are a full service shop.

Despite being incredibly busy, they are always very accommodating and go the extra step of following up to ensure the car is operating properly after the work is complete. They do an excellent job of explaining issues and don't try to oversell you on service that you don't need if the car can go the extra distance without it. Sorry for giving a good review I trusted that they would repair my vehicle correctly I brought car in for oil leak and after a 1200$ bill they only cleaned the oil off replaced axel's that were a secondary find and when I returned to see why it was not repaired the guy says( I dont know) thats not a good excuse it was brought in for oil leak
