Titania refused to put the tires on my car because she said I was more than 15 minutes late for my appointment. I was not more than fifteen minutes late. She then refused to refund my tires. She also said that I couldn't drop the car off because they are booked full. I am tired of walmart, they hire the worst employees. going to sell my walmart stock and stop shopping here.

Make an appointment! No walk-ins allowed. If you make one, you’ll have a better experience. Ms. Tamika made my whole week already - and it’s only Monday morning. Prompt help from the shop as well. I’ll be coming back!

Terrible service, “Tatia” extremely rude. Arrived 10 minutes early for my 6pm appointment time, had to wait till almost 6:05 in line, told her the service I prepaid for, gave her the order confirmation after standing there for another 5 she tells me that it’s not in their system and there’s nothing they can do about it, I go out to get the printed receipt showing I paid and the order, she tells me that it means nothing to her and she still can’t find it. After waiting for a manager which wasn’t even the right manager from the department, she finally finds the order and blames it on me for miscommunication when I clearly said what the service was at the beginning when checking in. Extremely rude attitude for someone who works in customer service, save the money and frustration this tire center is NOT worth it.

Be aware of these scammers. I bought tires from them that supposed to have 50,000 miles. They did not even last 10,000 MI. Told me it was my fault. When I asked what was originally wrong with my tire they told me the thread and no nails punctured when I asked them to bring me my tire they said oh there was a nail in it. The tire is less than 10 months old. I told him it was defective and they proceeded to argue with me. None of the team was helpful and everyone was completely nasty. They charged me $189 for my tire which should have been replaced under the road hazard or at least the manufacturer's warranty. They are also charging people for balancing tires when they didn't even have the weights to do so. They actually had to send somebody to an auto parts store to get them. They told us just sit around and wait for the FedEx truck to show up. Do not buy tires from here

Warning. If you make an appointment don't expect it to happen on time. My appointment was for 7:00 a.m.. The doors opened well after 7:00 a.m. there was no one at the counter and they finally accepted my key as 7:15. I did not leave until almost 10:00. This was to put four new tires on the car. They never moved my car into the garage until 8:00 a.m. and I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment. The price is here decent and the people are pleasant but they just don't have any idea about keeping appointment commitments. Their attitude is like okay, you don't like it, Sorry. Well I'm not going to be sorry again. There's plenty of other places to buy tires. How many sets of tires can they sell if it takes them 3 hours for one car?

Kudos to the ladies that tried to help me today (they are the only reason I'm not giving this place a 1 start review). On the other hand, Daniel, who is inexplicably a "Team Lead" has ZERO customer service skills, no incline to help the customer, and a condescending attitude. I ordered tires last week and scheduled their installation for today (Monday morning) on the exact same order. They were expected to arrive at the store on Thursday. Simple enough? No. Apparently (according to Daniel) I took too long to pick up my tires so he shipped them back!!!! WHAT!?!? He claims that when I got the notification that the tires were on the store, I should have somehow picked all four tires in my small Sentra, keep them all weekend, and then bring them back on Monday for them to install them! He claims that there is a new system that I should've been aware of where tires go back within a small window. However, NOWHERE in the app said that I had to pick them up! The app timeline was: Order Placed - Preparing - Ready to Install - Installed (not pick them up, shove 4 tires in your little Sentra, keep them all weekend, and then bring them back on Monday for us to install). This is beyond moronic! And the fact that he took NO responsibility for his actions, stood there like he didn't care about my situation, and on top of that had the audacity to blame ME for "not picking up my tires on time", I have no words to express how frustrated I am. The fact that he's a "Team Lead" makes me even more frustrated! Managers! STOP giving people responsibility in the hopes that they'll learn how to be responsible! This child (because his actions today do not reflect the ones of a man) clearly can't take responsibility for his actions and has ZERO business being in a position of leadership! At least the ladies at the counter and the other manager (who I believe was from produce) were competent and understood my frustration. I can tolerate a mistake (it happens to everyone). Had he owned up to it, and actually tried to help (like a real man in a position of leadership would), this review would've been very different. But what I can't tolerate is the mixture of incompetence and arrogance, especially from someone in a leadership position. He could've prevented this problem to happen in SO MANY ways, had he been proactive and done his job as a "Team Lead" (that's what leaders do!) but instead he chose to blame the customer for a poorly-designed system and shrug it off like it's not his problem. What a shame!

I always have the best experiences at the Auto Center on Congress. After a long day at work, finding a screw in my tire was the last thing I wanted to see. But Tamika, at the front desk, was absolutely amazing! Not only is her customer service and friendly attitude UNMATCHED, she is always willing to go out of her way to make the customer experience extraordinary. The guys working in the shop are also so kind and happy to explain my vehicles needs, especially Luke this evening. I can’t recommend this auto center more. 100/10!

I ordered tires via the Walmart app in March 24. The tires were put on by Walmart in Lake Park, FL. Recently the car started making a noise from the back rear tire. I went back to Walmart on 10/28 and requested that the tires be rotated and balanced. That was done but the noise got worse. I took the car to a tires plus center and it was discovered that the tires on my car are defective. The tires that were moved by Walmart Tires center were put on the front of my car. One has bubbles on it and the other one has dips in one of them. I went back to the Walmart Tire center on 11/1/24 to let them know the results. It was stated by Tires Plus that the evidence was clear and should have be noticed by the Walmart technician and it dangerous to drive with the tires that way. The tires I purchased in March were paid for. The Manager Walmart said I had to order 4 brand be tires and I have to pay almost $500 to get them installed and I will have to get my money that I paid in March back from Walmart.com. The new tires might come in on Tuesday 11/5. I'm at a loss and can't drive Now my tires pressure light is on. The service at this location isn't great. You make an appointment and it takes them 30 minutes or more to open up and start working on your car. I'm disappointed about the technician not checking the tires when rotating them. I feel like no care was taken and it makes me concerned about anything else I have to get done at that tire center. This is was a dangerous situation and I'm not happy. I can't drive to work and I'm afraid to drive back to Walmart in Lake Park,FL to get the tires on which is less than 2 miles from my home.

Service was god awful. I had a 230 appointment for a simple oil change , and after waiting a while I get a call from one of the service people saying they cant start my car. Its a push on button and they made me feel stupid for THEM not understanding how a VW works. I show them that the car starts and works and they looked so confused. Then after another HOUR, They cant change my oil bc they don't have a part for the VW.... So I wanted 2 hours for absolutely nothing. Tatiana was the only competent person there.

I found the best place to go get tires for my vehicle! I don't think I'll be going anywhere else to get tires for any of my vehicles other than Walmart! They offer the best prices what's the best roadside hazard warranty and a variety of different kinds of tires and name brands of tires. They also offer other services to maintain vehicle schedule maintenance at a really great price. The manager was awesome with us. And I was very honest and blunt with him with how skeptical I was in buying tires from Walmart. He assured me that Walmart keeps their word on the road hasn't warranty. And sure enough a month and a half later I end up getting a huge nail in my tire and had to replace it with my donut spare tire I went in without an appointment and they were able to replace my tire within an hour! I'm so happy and I feel so secure that now I can travel anywhere without any worries with my tires! Thank you Walmart tire Care center staff!

Prepare to spend your half day when you visit this store, and I'm pretty sure you will have to visit second time. Service is so slow. Short staffed. Bought 4 Goodyear tires, they were vibrating over 60mph, came here second time to rebalance, and spending another half day. #Update#: rebalancing worked 90-95%, there is a slight vibration left.

Eric or nickname Riq was a great service rep that helped me through the whole process even while an incident occurred with another customer yelling at him for something he had no control.

I took my car here for new tires on 12/21 got all four. They “forgot” to put one of my headcaps on one of the wheels. Then after about four days after my tire light comes on…. I then pulled over to a gas station to put air in it. The air pump couldn’t even read it! It was that low. I took it to a take five and the guy said the tire pressure was 21 PSI! He then filled it for me. Yesterday after four days of driving, the light comes on AGAIN! I tired to fill it up again with air still can’t read the tire pressure. I’ve tried calling this auto center about three times no answer. I can’t schedule an appointment online because they are full and I’d rather talk to a person to actually get this issue fixed. Mind you I paid for the warranty on them. I’m behind annoyed that this is happening.

HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE Lazy, incompetent, unprofessional workers especially Miah. She is rude and disrespectful to EVERY customer. She is a waste of money and should terminate immediately. Walmart should be embarrassed by this location. It is killing the brand. I will never shop here again.

I'm happy with the service. They took me right in. They helped me make the right oil filter choice. They put in the oil that I wanted. And I got right to it. For me a very positive experience.

Had to revisit this location today for an oil change. My car was leaking oil due to a mistake made by the technician at this location on my car three months ago. The technician was extremely vile in his behavior. Extremely unprofessional, and was yelling at me. Will not recommend coming here, there is no understanding of proper customer service. One of the nastiest experiences I've had. I was also told that the car and engine smelled like gas, but it never smelled like gas until the technician (Ronneil E.) worked on my car.

Came with my husband to replace a tire on our car, waited over an hour then decided to go to the desk to inquire why it’s taking so long, the girl at the desk couldn’t find our name in the computer but found the keys in the drawer so she went in the shop to ask about the car, and I went through the laptop which she left with me and I found our name and messages about the car awhile ago ( they couldn’t loosen the lug nut on the wheel . She came in and told me the same message I saw on the lab top. Waited over an hour and no one texted, called or simply came up to us ( was sitting right next to their register desk where they all were working) and said anything.🤔🤔🤔🤔 just surprised of the customer service. They’re telling us to take the car elsewhere to remove the lug nuts 😡🤔

Don't do it! I waited 3.5 hours for 4 new tires. There are scratches and dent on 3 of the 4 black painted rims on the Lexus. He and the informed supervisor said they needed to get the manager. He went into the back room, and 20 minutes later, I looked for the manager myself. She couldn't help. "Have to wait for the tire center manager." Supposedly, you took my information for your center manager to get back to me. I haven't heard from them since. Almost 2 months now. (Kim and Joseph).
