My car is 16 years old, and having only lived in WPB for a little over a year I was nervous about finding a reliable, trustworthy mechanic. First time I met JT he replaced my transmission hoses for a super reasonable price. Then recently I needed exhaust work, which he doesn't do but referred me to someone who can. Had my exhaust and muffler replaced for, again, a super reasonable price from the person he pointed me to. Extremely grateful for JT!

I recently needed a mechanic and because of several GREAT reviews decided on J. T.'s Auto Repair. Ted Ring is very knowledgeable and explained to me in detail everything that needed to be repaired on my Honda Civic. My vehicle had to be towed to J. T.'s. and after meeting Ted, I was confident I had made the right decision. Ted even gave me a ride home. While no one likes having car trouble, finding a great mechanic that goes the extra mile is a rare find these days and with qualities of honesty and respectability, I believe you will walk away (or be driven) satisfied knowing that your car is in excellent and capable hands. I traveled from out of state to purchase a truck from a nearby dealership and went to J.T.'s for a prepurchase inspection based on their high Google review scores and convenient location. Ted was very helpful, friendly, and thorough. He patiently walked me through the inspection while answering any questions that I had. I am very thankful for his help and advice regarding the vehicle. I will definitely go back to him again if I find myself in West Palm Beach in need of auto repair.

I had an excellent experience here. Ted went so far as to do research on the problem that I was experiencing (never a good sign when your car is flashing an exclamation mark on the screen). Ted at J.T.’s Auto Repair went above and beyond to help me and fix my car’s issue. I cannot give enough praise or recommend this business enough. My car essentially stopped running after I dropped my child off at school one day. Ted fit my car into his busy schedule. He recognized the problem and relayed the information along with pricing promptly. He estimated a time in which the repairs would be completed and had everything done way before that time. It has been at least a month since those repairs took place and honestly my car is running better than it has been in the past couple years. I’ve been afraid to take my car anywhere since I’ve had bad experiences at many car dealership repair shops/general service shops due to overcharging and unnecessary “required” repairs. I am no longer afraid. My car and my families vehicles will only be serviced and repaired at J.T’s Auto.

I am so grateful to have been recommended to this business! I've gotten my oil changed here few times, no issues. They were able to fix my AC in car after two other business could not! I've been struggling for over year to get fixed, and it's finally working thanks to James. He also fixed the window in car, and did the work so quickly. Quote for repairs and oil changes were reasonable. No complaints here, and happy continue to do business with them!
