This repair shop was highly recommended by my neighbor, and now I know why. Found a screw in my tire today and called them up. Marie, who answered the phone, was super friendly, very helpful and nice. She said for this issue I didn’t need an appointment and could just swing by which I did. Everyone there was very nice! They got to my tire right away. Their Waiting Room was awesome. Roomy and comfortable. They even had these cool recliner chairs with a massage feature. Of course I didn’t get a good massage because they were so fast fixing my tire I was not there very long. Lol I’m so happy I found this place! I will definitely use them for car repairs. I highly recommend.

Needed to find a good and honest mechanic near my home. Read all the 5 star reviews and went to them for first time last week. From the moment we entered till the time we left, Brian treated us like royalty. Received a complete diagnosis from a Honda dealer a few weeks prior. Brought the list to Realistic and 2 of the items were not needed. Honda said I needed new brakes and Realistic told me we had about 15K thousand miles left. Their prices were substantially less expensive. They gained a new customer forever. I highly recommend them.

Had my f350 cab pulled there. The work they did was done properly. Truck would not run or drive after I left. Called the owner told him my issue said it was electric he didn't want to get involved with it. Come to find out they broke my grounding straps. Took me months to figure it out had no idea because not easily seen. Lots of money chasing a problem they caused and could not be bothered with. I dint think the owner even spoke to mechanic about it. He only likes simple fixes and can't be bothered with customers after he's been paid was my experience.

On January 23rd I called realistic Brian answered the phone and I said help I have a nail in my tire he came over picked up my car and it was fixed immediately. I then said I needed something else checked he said no problem fixed it by 5:00 and I was ready to go home from work after he brought me my car and my keys. My daughter and I are here alone, no one to help with man stuff. We could not fix our business van. We took the van for over a year to the big box mechanics and they laughed at us. Our work van became so loud it was apparent we needed help. We took it to Realistic Auto repair and it sounds better than it did when we bought it at 30,000 miles. They were more than understanding, accommodating, professional and caring. Offered us rides when they understood our situation. The problem was deep and they completely fixed us as A.S.A.P. as a traveling business. Thank you for being an honest and professional business.
