Customer service here is disgusting. Paid approximately $400 for AC to get fixed. Picked it up and immediately noticed it was not fixed. Called back multiple times. Female Receptionist is a liar. Should have seen first red flag when I set up an appointment with her and went to drop off, the guy said there was nothing in their system for me. Took 4 days to pay for work that was not done. Guy at front when dropped off self diagnosed the car without looking at it.. Still waiting a week later for an owner or manager to call me back. Was supposed to have other work done because they said it wasn’t something that should be covered under warranty. Canceled this due to their lack of any professionalism. Check your car before you leave or pay for it. Better yet, take it somewhere else. Owner needs to get their stuff together— so many reviews of the same thing. To Owner: while I’m sure you working on the situation is great for you, what about a refund? I have to now rent a car to take my car elsewhere to find competent professionals to work on my car. It has been blowing heat since your company got ahold of it.

Had an issue with the A/C in my car, which in Laredo is urgent business! They were able to take me in same day, and worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget and time frame while leaving the door open should I need a more comprehensive fix in the future. Brought my truck in for repairs. New starter and work on the radiator. Must have been temporary fixes because months later I’m having the same issues. Almost $1000 down the drain. Currently getting my truck fixed at another mechanic shop. Their prices are very reasonable compared to what was wasted taking the truck to y’all.

So I genuinely love this place, I love been getting my oil changes here for the past 2-3 years. And I can say the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. But … today I went to get a quote for a Fox ATS steering stabilizer. I was quoted a little over $1000 … I was surprised. The part itself is 4-500 usd… with labor another 100 bucks or so… why am I be quoted so much. The lady told me labor is 95 bucks and the ats steering stabilizer was 900 dollars by itself… mind you … these only go for what i previously said 4-500 bucks… anyways i left. I will give the lady the benefit of the doubt and figured she was new, learning, or she didn’t know what she was looking at… anyways I still think the place is great.

We had to take my vehicle several times for the same check engine issue due to a knock sensor.. First, time I left vehicle at shop waited few hours was told it was ready with check engine light ON.. advised the tech and stated they forgot to remove it with diagnostic machine tool that shop utilizes. Once, tech showed up again with my vehicle letting me know it was clear as I was leaving shop check engine appeared again. Turned back to shop the Tech/manager advised me that it should remove on its own took their word.. Next day same issue as before even worst my vehicle started vibrating aggressively when I would accelerate.. I took it back to the shop and explained check engine didn’t remove on its own and the new issue.. Got charged a diagnostic just to see what my issue was again advising me that there’s another knock sensor that needs to get replaced. Left vehicle again at the shop was advised vehicle was ready for pick up that same day. I picked up vehicle as I was approx. mile away from shop check engine turns ON again and with same new issue. I should have read the reviews very expensive especially for just getting more issues. I really wanted to give this shop a try but never again. Don't even think of visiting this shop for an oil change. This shop is a scam. I went there to repair my car for a problem came out with more issues.. They billed me $452.18. Beware..

I had been going here for a while. I brought in my truck for an alignment and they ended up scratching my airbag up. They told me they’d take care of it. They told me it would take a while because they were just waiting for the part to come in from Toyota. And After waiting about 4 months, I went in today to get it replaced. Under the assumption that it was a brand new Steering Wheel Airbag. Everything looked good at first, but as I was leaving i started to notice some wear on it. THESE GUYS WENT TO A JUNKYARD OR GOT THIS SECOND HAND BECAUSE ITS DEFINITELY USED. WHY LIE ABOUT ORDERING A NEW PART AND MAKING ME WAIT???? First pic is what the damage they did. Second pic is what they replaced my steering wheel with. I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH ANYTHING EXCEPT AN OIL CHANGE!

The shop boss app contained information, picture, status, approval for service rendered, option to make payment, basic inspection items reviewed and suggested, and lastly shuttle service to/from work. Started with a worn out belt. Took it in and was quoted a high price to which the employee said it was for AC compressor and all components changed with lifetime warranty. Few months later ac didn’t work and took it in for warranty. They claim to have switched out the compressor but…what do you know a hose leak….additional charges for the leak. 3rd trip take it in and the part was put on backwards by them and acknowledged by them. Then they wanted to charge for an ac recharge again after acknowledging it was their error!!! They didn’t charge it but two days later back with ac not working. Now it’s the hose that was originally changed with lifetime warranty compressor. They wanted to charge me $200 more then claim they don’t know if it was changed in the system. Deceptive practices.

In my personal experience with the car shop I wouldn't take it back there again. I know you all are certified car technicians. When I took the car there I needed them to revise the fuel injectors leaks. They did a good job there in my opinion. Described the problem and everything. Luis I believe knows and seems experienced to me, but when I drove it off the shop all these dashboard indicators came up, the EPC, Stabilization error, check engine. Car shaking immensely. These indicators weren't lit up before the cause of the Fuel Injector. I'm not an expert in car mechanics. Not sure what happened.

This is hands down the worst truck repair service I have ever experienced. The pricing was extremely high for the work promised, yet my truck was not fully repaired when I got it back. Issues I originally brought it in for were still present, and I was given excuses instead of solutions. There was a serious lack of transparency, no accountability for incomplete work, and absolutely no value for the amount charged. I expected professional service and reliable repairs — I received neither. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest pricing or dependable truck repairs. Repair cost $3500 Systems of truck still transparent with original issue of long crank never fixed. Started with a small oil leak ended with a bigger one, excuse after excuse with just more cost adding up. Basically paid for an oil change Everything else was caused by reapair shop. Shop manager Luis was attentive but couldn't give me a pure definitive answer only what the mechanic was telling him. If you have a Diesel stay away from this reapair shop!
