Mo is the truth! Such a blessing to find a shop that’s not trying to get down on you! Reasonable pricing quick service I was in and out and was comfortable enough to sit in there and wait until my service was done. As a woman it’s easy to feel played and manipulated by these mechanics but it was a breath of fresh air to not have to go through that. This is now my go to mechanic!

Took my charger their a couple year's ago for a gasket and they did a horriable Job, Didn't seat it right and Messed up my engine, Offered a free oil Change, Then He double charged me had to prove it, Took care of it. Then my son took my truck to them not knowing they were the shop that scewed up my car and they messed up the damn wiring, Stay clear of this shop, Owner is friendly But his mechanics are Toral trash

Great bunch of guys Mo has working for him. My husband and I have brought our vehicles into Mo on several occasions. We have a 2015 Mercedes E-350 that has been sitting for a few years. While working out of state the sunroof started leaking,once back here at home I called Mo to let him know that several things needed to be done but first off the hood had to be opened( we weren't sure what was wrong with it not opening) we had to have it towed in the battery was dead. We still had the warranty on the battery but couldn't get to it. Now for the list of things we needed to have done to the car, brakes and rotators sunroof sealed, the blower and a bunch of things we didn't know at the time. Mo had the car for awhile fixing so many things. Every few days we would get a call saying something else was wrong and we decided to go ahead and have the team fix everything that was wrong with it. After about $8500 worth of repairs we got the call it was done. I came to pick it up and I heard this clunking noise when I was driving back home so once home I called Mo he said to bring it back in which I did the next day. When I tell you the guys including Mo bless their hearts worked on this car for hours and hours trying to figure out what it was. The car is fixed and it is so nice to be driving her again. The team here is now like family and that's the way they treat you when you bring your vehicles to them. Thank you all so much.i recommend you all to everyone see you at Thanksgiving dinner. Lol

I have been trying to get my old license plate off for months but couldn’t because the screws were rusted. I had called around and no auto place said they could get them off and i called here and they told me they could get the license plate off. They got the license plate off in like 4-5 minutes and the service and owner was extremely nice. I will be back for any of my car issues and recommend this place to any and everyone!

I brought my old truck in here right before this winter hit. I had a really bad experience with this shop. I brought it in because my brakes and abs were having problems. Long story short they replaced 1200 dollars of parts that turned out not to be the issue. Eventually they figured out it was a bad ground and my abs unit was working again. However, the shop broke the connection to my radio amp and decided not to tell me until I picked it up and paid for it and left. I gave my dad the truck and he’s had it parked since because it’s having major electrical problems with the 4WD, instrument cluster and a burning smell. My guess is that there’s still a bad ground and he hasn’t had the money to get it fixed. All in all my sound system is broken still and now there’s more issues than ever. The owner called me offering for me to come in again so they can charge another 2 grand of repairs and tires and replace the connector that they admittedly broke. Ive never had such a bad experience in my life and have to say it’s disgusting.

First of all, I’m only giving five stars because I can’t give more. For anyone looking for a good mechanic shop—especially if you own a European vehicle—hear me out and then decide if Allen Park Auto Shop is the right place for you and your car. I’m from Florida, and my Mercedes Sprinter 2500 diesel van broke down while I was on the road. The AC compressor failed, which caused the serpentine belt to come loose. That ended up destroying the radiator fan, damaging part of the electrical harness, and affecting some of the pulleys. In other words, the perfect situation for a repair shop to have you completely at their mercy. After all, when your alternator isn’t working, the vehicle can’t even be driven—it can only be towed from one shop to another. So wherever you stop is usually where you’re stuck. When I arrived, I mainly spoke with two gentlemen: Mr. Smoke and Mr. “Q.” To be honest, the only thing on my mind was wondering how much they were going to rip me off. But I was completely wrong. Not only did they charge me a very fair price, they also went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect. You might wonder how a shop can go above and beyond on what sounds like a relatively straightforward repair. Well, remember that my van is a Mercedes. Anyone who owns one knows that parts for these vehicles are often hard to find and extremely expensive, even aftermarket. Several of the parts I needed weren’t available locally. Mr. Smoke spent hours tracking them down, making sure he found the best prices so I wouldn’t spend more money than necessary. On top of that, they rushed the repair because they knew I was stranded in Allen Park and paying for a place to stay every day. The last part arrived on Wednesday, almost at closing time, and they still decided to finish the job that same evening so I could get back on the road and not lose another week financially. That level of consideration and honesty is rare. If you’re looking for reliable, honest mechanics who actually care about helping their customers, Allen Park Auto Shop is the place to go. And if this review didn’t convince you… well, I’m sorry for your loss.

I recently used Allen Park auto repair for the first time. I truly appreciate that they gave me their best price truly from the beginning and it wasn’t a barter to get them To their best price. I worked with Moe and he was very easy to work with. Even when we were both busy and things went wrong communication never broke down and things got done. I strongly recommend this shop and hope to work with them again seven my truck needs more work. They did a complete Suspension refresh and CV axle replacement. Truck drove better than new even before the alignment.
