not happy with alignment and wheel balance . alignment is other thing but weight they put on my truck rims came out after 2 days . and truck start shaking. even alignment not make any difference. not good service . 😡again will spend around $100

I have been to Belle Tire dozens of times. About half have been to this store. I bought new tires here and they had the best price. They are fast and friendly. Best of all is lifetime service of tires. Seeing how my Toyota dealer charged my $20 to rotate tires, this will save me hundreds on the lifetime of the tires. They also fix flats or free. This has saved me at least $50 since I bought the tires. I highly recommend all Belle Tires. This location is convenient for me, so I recommend it as well.

I called around for prices to balance four tires and these guys were not the best but being a big Belle Tire store I thought they would have better service than a ma and pa tire place. I thought wrong. The counter guy with white hair was not very friendly. The guy doing the balancing was quick but asked if I wanted a static balance which was annoying because it shows they try to get away with doing a cheap job. I asked for a dynamic balance. Even brought the wheels and tires in "loose" with my truck so they didn't touch my car (I really don't trust these types of places and with good reason). After all was done he rung me up for $8 more than I was just quoted on the phone. He said that's just what it is and he doesn't know who I spoke with (although there was a dedicated phone guy). They did big rig trucks here so I'm pretty sure that's how they stay in business. I would not recommend taking you personal vehicle here for service.

Quick, fast and reliable service. Had taken my work truck in due to a tire issue. Had 2 tires in my rear axle replaced and was back on the road in about an hour and a half. Not too bad. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

I thought their price was reasonable and they were fairly friendly and helpful when I spoke with them, BUT I had to speak with them several times. When I called the night before, they estimated it would only take a couple of hours. When I brought it in, they said they could have it done that day, so I got a ride home. When I spoke with them that afternoon, they said it would probably be done the following morning. When I spoke with them the following early afternoon, they told me it would be done by the end of the day. It finally got completed the next day, leaving me without a car for 3 straight days. If you need something done quickly, I would not recommend. It sounds like they don't have enough mechanics.

Everyone pleasant, helpful. Service writer was quick & directed me to the bay for my repair. The technician asked what the problem was & said he would check the tire for any problems. He also asked what pressure I wanted & checked all tires & set the pressure. He identified the problem, bad valve stem, & repaired it. The whole process was completed in about 40 minutes. Price was $ 44.00 which I thought was reasonable . All in all I will go back for any tire issues.

7 mounth ago I did alignment in this place. Now I'm doing alignment they take long time to get may truck to the shop. One week to replace new brakes for front axle. Also they use aftermarket parts. There prices to high. For the bad 👎 service. I'm giving them 0 star 🌟..if u have another place. Please skip this place. I had bad experience 😪

I do not recommend dealing with them.. because I and some friends have dealt with them more than once and every time they create a lot of problems for us and charge us a lot because their prices are very high and they charge double the prices for parts and they do not allow us to buy them from a suitable place because this is their way to openly exploit customers. Every time I go to them for the alignment for my truck and they create a lot of problems that is what they say but the last time I went to them for the alignment for my truck after I repaired everything at the mechanic and despite that they told me I have other problems and they want to take a lot of money to fix them and every time they charge $100 dollars for the inspection without doing anything.. I did not listen to them and took my truck to another shop and asked them to make alignment for my truck with the inspection and they told me you do not have any other problems and they only made the alignment for my truck and I only paid them the alignment fees.. I waited more than three months to make sure I did not have any other problems with the truck and really everything is good and there are no other problems and that is why I am writing now.. when The shop was called Bell Tire and there were no problems of this kind, but now with the name pomp's and the new management there are many indicators that they are not honest and take advantage of customers. I think that their mechanic is also not honest and has little experience or is a liar and a scammer. My advice is don't believe them if they tell you anything about your trucks. Take it to another shop so you can save your money. It is better to stay away from them.

I was in a tough spot and needed a tire repaired immediately before leaving for a trip to Boston with my company car. The staff completely took care of me. Very friendly, completely professional, and just plain human. I had a German Shepherd with me and they invited me in so we would be out of the heat—hence the human part. The store itself was super clean (even despite my partner and I being there!) The Allen Park location is outstanding.
