Had a huge nail in driver's back tire so, these guys help with my plugging my tire was done under 15 minutes. Staff very helpful and kind.The clientele of the business is just as wonderful has clean lobby and location is nice. I only had to drive about 13 miles from home to business. My sister n I use them on the regular for their services yearly for years..

I'm not really sure what or how to feel about this place. First experience was a huge turn-off. I had a bad head gasket (and knew about it), so there was some moisture (water) on the dipstick and on the inside of the oil filler cap when I took the truck in for an oil change. The guy refused to change the oil simply because of the water beads on the oil cap and the "chocolate milk" (water/oil) on the dipstick. Had they asked me to sign a waiver of any kind excusing them from any liability, I would have happily done so, but they didn't offer that option; I was told that someone else would have to change the oil. I was later semi-forced to return when a tire couldn't be "patched" because the damage was partially in the sidewall. This place happily - and quickly - put a plug in it, and I'm still driving on that tire. However, my most recent visit, I ran into yet another "We don't want to be responsible; take it somewhere else" issue, with (again) no option to sign a waiver or anything. It's like if you bring something in that's in their comfort zone, they'll help you out. But if it's something that requires any EXTRA effort - such as trying to remove a cheap $5 plastic hubcap that I gave them permission to break off - "Nah, we'll pass. Take it somewhere else." At this point, I'm tempted to take ALL my business - including flat tires - anywhere else. I just don't get these guys...

We always use Allen's. Always friendly and helpful. This time was even better. Checked my ins card and it expired so i printed out another one. Got there alittle early for my appointment for an inspection. Had my insurance card ready.. however I picked up the wrong one. Allen said that's OK, you have it on your phone? Yes! Why didn't I think of that! Go to grab my phone...not there...I said I just had it, he says I'll call it and we'll find it. Heard it ringing, couldn't find the rascal. Finally after 2 calls and me climbing in the back seat, front seat, frantically looking, it had slipped between seat and console . Just a few minutes and it was done, along with a morning workout!!

I needed a front end alignment on my 2017 Silverado 2500 after getting new tires. My friend Ricky from David's Auto Repair sent me to this business for an alignment. Allen's was fantastic from the phone call until the alignment was finished. My appointment was at noon yesterday. I got there about 20 minutes early and my truck was on the lift within 5 minutes. By the time they finished it was before my original appointment time. My truck rides great and no longer shiimmys at any speed. While in the waiting area I talked to everyone working there, including Allen himself, and they were all friendly and knowledgeable!!!!

My 89 year old mother went in for a inspection and the owner was very rude to her and hurt her feelings as she has been going there for awhile but if that’s the way he treats elderly people that have a hard time getting around due to her knee surgery, I will definitely make sure she never gives him her business anymore. How would he feel if someone spoke to his mother such as that? He needs more customer skills. I get he’s been in business for along time but no need to treat people as such and definitely no elders!!! Poor customer skills!!

Very disappointed, I've heard good things about this place, but I guess that has changed. First, they might try saying thank you .... Customer after customer not once did I hear a worker say thank you .. And a man that worked there sounded like he needed a snicker's candy bar.... But what really hurt and i felt betrayed was they didn't do what I had come into the shop for , I had called ahead of time to specifically have a 4 wheel alignment done for my car and while I was sitting in the waiting room no one mentioned to me that they weren't going to do one.. Then after they had me pay, I found out that they didn't do the 4 wheel alignment that I ask for , they should of told me before they started working on my car, that they were going to do a front wheel alignment instead, I wouldn't have had it done...I ended up having to spend 89.99$😔😕 Please next time you do work on a customer's vehicle Let them know whats going on and get their permission first before you do the work on their vehicle so the customer has a choice on what they want done ..... I hope this review helps people who take their vehicles to any tire or any repair place...

Second visit here, just as happy as the first visit. Had about a 3 inch nail in my tire and was hesitant to pull it out and leak air. Brought it up to Allen’s and they removed the nail for me and found it wasn’t leaking air. Instead of just replacing it and charging me the $200 for the tire, he was honest and told me they would replace it if I still wanted to. 5 stars for great service, will bring every car here for tire needs from now on.

**Review:** While these Google reviews do make some impact. Please remember to also do BBB reviews as well. I took my car for a routine oil change and was alarmed to nearly break down on the road due to a leaking filter. When I returned to the shop, they fixed the issue but didn’t offer a refund or show much concern. Despite the repair, I’m very disappointed by the lack of care and oversight. As a woman, it’s crucial to find a trustworthy mechanic, and this experience has made me cautious. Please double-check any work done on your vehicle.

If I could I will give zero stars. I took my car in for alignment on Friday June 20 for a 4 wheel alignment I got my car back and drove it over the weekend and it was still pulling to the right the same way I took it in. I call Mark and told him about it on Monday he told me it’s the tires I put 4 new tires on the car before I took it for the alignment so that’s a lie. He didn’t give me a printout of the alignment on the day he did it so I asked for one on Monday. He gave me something that has been duplicated out of the computer. He very rude try to talk over me when I was talking constantly telling me it’s my tires when they are brand new. He is a rogue stay away from them. RUN RUN RUN AWAY!!!!!!!

I went to Allen's tire shop by recommendation, I'm always a little cautious when it comes to mechanics etc. But I got to say that went there cause I got a flat tire and I also needed an oil change and it was so quick (about 20 minutes) and professional that I will be getting my trucks oil change at Allen's rite shop instead of the dealership. I'm impressed. Thank you Allen
