They Have Hooked Up Every Speaker And Amp And Never Have Any Major Problem The Minor Problems That I Have Had They Fix With No Hesitate Which Makes Their Customer Service Skills Stand Out I Would Recommend Them Over Any Other Place I Have Had To Take My Car Back For Minor Concerns Of My Own And They Honestly Take The Time Out To Check Into My Concerns.

My husband took his speakers up here to connect to his truck ,couple of days later I told him it smells like something was burning but we're thinking that it's just because they were working on them.....long story short couple days later his speaker catches on fire and almost killed us and the truck. He take it back up there all they say is they're sorry after he paid 200 bucks to get it done...DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A LIFE AND DEATH SITUATION TO HAPPEN TO YOU

I took my car in to get subwoofers installed 5/18/20. He was professional but after I paid....I had a concern about the installation process because something wasn't put back together right. I informed him prior to leaving. He was very nonchalant and was pretty much like it must of been that way before you brought it to me. It wasn't....but just be careful because he obviously feels if he damages something he cant be held liable. Other than that he was fine. I went to another audio place in town and they fixed it. So I plan to dispute that amount because I have the receipt for what they charged me to repair it. I dont like doing bad reviews because I have a business. But business is business you cant treat people like they dont matter just because you've gotten paid. So for that reason is why I'll dispute the amount I had to pay someone else to fix what he should of did prior to me leaving.

Went for an install, and dude didn't know what to do with my amp...but was cool and went out of his way to make sure that I walked away with my vehicle bumping. Wasn't too expensive and had that mom and pop feel from back in the day. Great place! I'll go back for upgrading.

Had a blown fuse. Replaced for free. Didn't work and did a diagnostic for way cheap and replaced a different fuse (amp)for no charge. Most shops would have charged an arm and leg just to diagnose and probably would have said it was something different. They were efficient, honest and had great customer service. Very pleased.

Great service by one of the oldest car audio establishments in Tyler, Texas! 02/04/2023 - got a great demo of nemesis! 04/15/2023. Went in to determine which system would be best for our truck. Getting ready for install soon! Update! Went in today and witnessed an awesome install going into a large SUV and a Semi Truck! These guys can do anything car audio!

I went there and before I did I spoke with the man and got a fair price. I drive 45 mins there for him to have a DIFFERENT price, the wrong box and speaker. We come to an agreement and I leave happy 2mo later it no longer works because he gave me a 2k watt amp instead of an 800 and that fried my one 12. I call back nicely ab it and the man wants to charge me to even LOOK at it. What a joke. Then since I had another person simply look at it for me he says it’s possible they fried the speaker. OK guy .what an a hole. I just hung up. I’ll pay someone else.

Wonderful guys! I'm an old man with an old Honda whose after-market keyless entry went kaput. The dealer wouldn't touch it. Auto Sounds installed a perfect new system; now I don't have to crawl in the passenger side anymore. Excellent, fast service at a reasonable price. Many thanks, fellas!

Obviously they been in business for years but it is strange that they only have 45 reviews. I guess many disappeared. My husband had 2 speakers put in front, and replace the car radio. The guy sees our window and calls to fix it but we were getting another to replace regulator is why the part was in the back. He replaced radio, 2 speakers and regulatory under 1 hour and it was going in and out for awhile to driver speaker not working when we left. Then he tells my husband the Amp fried. Saturday the driver speaker started working. I think they BREAK STUFF TO CHARGE TO FIX IT. I hate companies like this. All weekend it worked and my husband took too it back after I told the gut to check the speaker NOT TOUCH MY AMP. My husbandsaid he went under and rub my Amp and the driver speaker now has not worked since and it was working in front of him to prove it works. I think he sabatoged my Amp or the wires. Not everyone can be honest nor trust worthy..He refused to check the speaker and now I am gonna have to raise he'll and report them to BBB and consumers protection. Stop being GREEDY to take customer money for a fast speedy job. How does replaceremoved 2 speakers and replace, remove radio and replace and remove window regulator and replace all under 1 hour and do good work. I hate We let him do the window bc he could just focus on the radio only. My 2 Amp wiring g was done by Jack's yrs ago and I told my husband to take it there. Jack's said they don't like going behind others that do a poor job. I changed out my Amp and when it's warmer I can look again but I am looking up a CEO of autosounds to let them know. I said check wires to speaker but he did nothing. His job was so fast, when I open the door the inside frame pulled apart bc the guy didn't snap it closed properly. All a joke but want the customers money for Poor work. People start viseo these companies and post their work on the media to protect us all

We had bought an AirPlay screen for our daughter’s car. We brought it to Nick at Auto Sounds to install and he did a fantastic job. Then we had problems. The unit we had bought quit working after a couple of days. Nick looked at it and it was definitely a defective unit. We asked Nick and he told us if some units that he had bought for himself. We bought one and Nick swapped it out for us. I would highly recommend Nick and Auto Sounds for any type of auto sound system or accessories.

I had a great experience with Auto Sound! The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. They replaced my headlights quickly and professionally, and even went the extra mile to figure out some other issues my truck was having. It’s hard to find shops that are both knowledgeable and honest, but that’s exactly what I found here.
