Great experience having my Sorrento serviced. Greeted by Sabrina who was professional, answered my questions and concerns. She was very personable and polite, reassuring me she would take care of my service needs and get me on my way soon as I was waiting at Kia for service to be completed. Received email updates and received a mid inspection update explanation from Riley. Again, professional and great manners off the chart. Service was done in about an hour and car was washed to boot. We had the BEST Salesman incorporated with the BEST Finance Team anyone could ever want at Peltier KIA in Tyler, TX! Brett was our salesman, and he has been amazing from the second we drove through the parking lot “window shopping” all the way to sealing the deal when we were ready a month later. This guy is VERY confident and knowledgeable in what he does for Peltier and gets it done in record time. Brett went over and above any expectations we originally had when we first drove through the dealership all the way to having a breakfast sandwich delivered the early morning after when I was at the dealership gathering things from my trade. I bought my car on December 10th, and I can honestly say this dealership is outstanding. Everyone was incredibly kind, and the entire process—from the test drive to the final purchase—was extremely smooth. I didn’t know much about electric cars, but they explained everything clearly and made me feel confident about my decision. Ricky was especially great; he responded immediately through Facebook and helped me with every question I had. The manager Jacob was also extremely helpful. I wasn’t fully prepared with all my payment details, but he worked with me patiently and made sure everything went through without any issues. What really impressed me was how much they cared about my safety. I had a long drive home, and since the battery wasn’t fully charged and I wasn’t familiar with how charging works yet, they helped me get everything set up and made sure I had enough charge to get home safely. I enjoyed just about every minute of my car-buying experience at Peltier Kia! Ocho was my salesman. He is very friendly, smiles a lot, and has a great personality! I enjoyed talking to him and negotiating with him. He was running through the showroom like one of those ER docs on TV! Lol He got me the deal I needed on my new (to me) Kia Sorento, and even had it detailed for me! Then he made sure that the service department took care of the issue that was listed as a “customer concern” on the Carfax report! Not even an official recall, but they fixed it anyway! Service man Adrian was amazing in that department! Overall an awesome experience!!! Also, shout out to CJ, who was my original contact, and was off work the day I wanted to purchase, and referred me to Ocho. Y'all are all great, truly. I stopped in to check out the new sorento to replace a lease vehicle that I was giving back to Nissan. Mike was SO helpful, and let me look at several different cars, and test drive one. He was very knowledgeable about the car and able to explain the features. I asked him to work up some different options for purchase and payments that I could take and show my husband. He gave me several options and there was no “high pressure” to buy the car right away. I talked to my husband over the weekend and we went back on Monday to look at the car. Mike showed us several cars because we weren’t exactly sure what features/color we wanted. We picked the one we wanted and Mike started working up the deal. He showed us several options for payments with different down payments. The finance manager came out and talked with us about different options we could get, like a maintenance plan, gap insurance, extended warranty, etc. Again, there was no pressure to buy any of those options, he just let us know what they were and asked if we wanted any of them. We had looked at buying a Nissan rogue, but we got a LOT more features in the sorento for the same price, and the warranty was much better. They also gave us a 3 year subscription to features that usually cost a fee every month. After we signed the paperwork, they put everything on a flash drive so we didn’t have a lot of paperwork to keep up with. We are SO happy with our new car, and would DEFINITELY recommend Peltier KIA to anyone who wants a new vehicle without “high pressure “ sells.
