I have been to Mavis SEVEN times for the same exact issue—my brakes squeaking after having pads and rotors replaced—and somehow the problem is still not fixed. Seven visits. Seven chances. No resolution. Every time I come in, I’m told something different. Every time, I’m assured it’s “taken care of.” And every time I leave, my brakes squeak just as badly as before. I’ve wasted hours of my life, rearranged my schedule repeatedly, and trusted their technicians to do a job that should have been done correctly the first time. I asked for my money back because clearly the service I paid for was never properly completed, and they refused. So now I’m out $1200 with nothing to show for it except ongoing brake noise and frustration. I was even told “they’re supposed to squeak.”

While they were polite, a three and a half hour wait time for an oil change and tire rotation is absurd. Although they applied a $20 “coupon”, it was still $100 for the service. We were not informed that there was a long wait time until we were already there for an hour plus. I am not sure what the point was in making an appointment. Good thing we had nothing planned for the day, as this took up our whole afternoon. Other people came in after us and were served before, which could be reasonable if we weren’t getting the most basic services they offer. Hopefully in the future, they compensate individuals better for the extreme wait times or inform them upon arrival that it would take that long. Despite their stellar reviews online, we experienced below average service.

These people are awesome. Honest, and do quick/good work. I needed my truck in asap as my brakes started acting weird. They told me to come down and they would get me in right away. Boom.. that quick! My brakes were finished. They even saved me some money on a few things. Highly recommend. Will be coming here from now on.

When I brought in the rotors I had purchased, Adrian and his team kindly explained they were the wrong ones and took the initiative to order the correct parts for me immediately. Great and friendly customer service. Professional work and honest about any risks of doing a job. I came simply to change my tires but they couldn't get the lug nuts off. Before going any further, they let me know and asked me if I wanted them to continue the job. They also found out I was missing a tpms sensor and informed me about it.
