If you don't get your tires and or rims here, then I don't know where you're getting them from but I would most definitely recommend any and everyone to check out RNR TIRE EXPRESS when you can. Their customer service is impeccable as well as their hospitality. I really appreciate this company and their employees ‼️💪🏾💪🏾💯

Just to set the record straight, I am a active paying customer. I went in a few months ago and trusted that their "tire" experts will take care of me. Well the lady that initially helped me highly recommended a set of tires but was honest about not knowing if they were suitable for a Tesla model 3 or not. I went with it and they had some issues and hesitated to lift up a tesla and work on it at first. But considering the Tesla service wait time & and also how convenient rnr's payment plan options are I still put trust in their business...once after the first set, I did give them a run for maybe a couple months but they NEVER felt right. Too much noise. Not a smooth ride, and I could go on and on but I'm not seeking anything back from this so enough there. Okay, next thing: I contacted RnR and the sweet lady assistant manager helped me and looked into my concerns, she confirmed that the original girl that did my transaction was fired now and she admitted to the tires not being suitable for a tesla. We proceeded to fix the issue she ordered me some tires they didnt have in stock and the week after placed them...HUGE DIFFERENCE, LOVE THEM, she initially guaranteed me a refund and money towards the new set of tires. Claimed she would follow back, never did. Of course they contact for payment so when I asked about my account and the refund, some guy with disgusting "customer service" by the name of John, was on the phone and he denied everything and kept trying to provoke me into arguing, it was so bad I had to start recording our conversation due to being accused of lying and etc. I simply asked to meet with him and the Assistant manager and maybe someone who is above them because every piece of information the assistant manager gave me was apparently not valid, she placed NO money towards my new account & John said I only received $50 off. None of this new info was brought to my attention...so ofcourse I am confused and just wanting clarity. Never asked for money or a discount, I simply went with what the assistant manager set up for me....anyways I got connected with a guy named Nyle? If im spelling it right. Well apparently he's above and over the staff and all I got from him was him trying to argue about my first set of tires being "top rated in the country and blahblahblah" my response was cool story bro. Like McDonald's drive thru workers have better customer service than a couple of the people there. Point is, be careful and if you have a tesla just don't go here. I consider myself lucky cause this could've been worse. But I am just upset at how I was treated and John and Nile were straight up you know what's. I honestly think leaving this review is better than going to here them try to argue with me.

Shop around first PLEASE! If you THINK you may have financial issues while you're paying for tires, rethink this place because they will constantly threaten you with the infamous 3 felonies if you miss 1 day and wayyyyy overpriced! The services that are free, good luck on getting them because I was told for weeks that the machine is down.

At the Tyler location I have been paying $740 a month for several months and June 1st my wife passed away and with me having three small children I was late for the first time ever on a payment. On the second day of being late I'm getting phone calls and text messages of how they was going to leave my truck sitting on concrete blocks And they was fixing to put two felony charges on me. I explain to them that my wife had passed away and I apologized for being late but John and Kendalls (2 guys that work there) next message back to me was we're putting felony charges on you. All this was just a couple of days after being late on a payment. First time of ever being late. But hey they was the nicest people you ever Met when you was up there trying to buy them

Sorry for the long text, but I'd like to lay it all out. So about 4 years ago I went to RNR and they had a set of repossessed Gladiator 35x12.5x20 mounted and balanced for $600. It was a wonderful deal and I got them. I actually really liked the tires. They were a little loud but no other problems. For my next set, I decided to go with a set of new name brand tires. However, those actually didn't ride as well. So for this set, I decided to go back to RNR and run the Gladiators again. The price had tripled, which hurt but they said the original owner only had them for a week and the economy is what it is so I was willing to pay. I paid the $1,800 or so up front. On the way home I realized that they shook my truck terribly. Just in the rear. I called the shop and said "Hey my truck is shaking like crazy. Be sure not to throw away my old tires I might be needing them." That was on a Friday. I came back the following Tuesday after putting roughly 80 miles on the Gladiators. I was hoping they just needed to be rebalanced. After seeing them spin on the balancer it was obvious the balance wasn't the issue. The tire would go up and down while the rim stayed true. I figured what the heck, maybe the rebalance would fix it and that would be that. After a short drive I realized I still had the same issue. Now mind you, I have driven lifted vehicles with big tires for the last 20 years and this is the worst ride I have ever experienced. I also currently have a herniated disc and a bruised rib. I tried to explain to them that I cannot be riding on what feels like a jackhammer. It was then they said since I paid up front and did not get it on a payment plan that there's nothing that they could do. Now I find no joy in leaving this review. I've had good experience with this company in the past and was hoping for the same, but I cannot help but feel like I got ripped off. I'm down $1800 and have a set of tires I cannot use. The salesman said the best that they could do was sell me another set. So I'm just putting this out there as a warning to others. This is something RNR is capable of. If you do decide to use RNR, get on a payment plan so that the tires will be covered under their warranty. Hope this helps someone.
