Very impressed with their service department. While I do not personally own a BMW, I had service and programming performed for a customer of ours. I dropped off early for a 9:30 am appointment. I was greeted by a young lady with a friendly bright smile. She directed me to Jennifer A in service. Jennifer listened to my concerns and issues and addressed them in a courteous and professional manner. Jennifer kept me informed and updated through the entire repair. The vehicle was repaired on time and at the stated price. When I came to pick it up, I was again greeted promptly and professionally. My invoice and vehicle were pulled around to the service drive so I didn't have to "hunt it down". What a pleasant experience! Great job! Thank you BMW of Tyler.

I gave only 4 stars because the 5th star would be for honesty. Sales girl was sweet but could only do what her management would allow. All floor mats means just that not 4 only. In the add it said towing equipment, but all bullet points it had but No towing, my husband is installing for 900 they quoted me 3K mind boggling. The service department is clean wich is a plus not as nice as Mercedes dealerships but close, they T least offer water and coffee. The detail guy or girl scratched my new rim, we went in to have it buffed out and swear it looks like a new tire and rim was put on it. In an out fast another plus.
