Awesome front desk- very helpful and informative. I did have to check with them for an update a week in. Again, Front desk was the one who help me and gave me information- not the person in charge of my car. Overall- outstanding job, I knew about how long it would take so I was fine with timing. Finished product looks like it rolled out of the factory.

Where to begin.... Davis and Green is by far the worse body and paint shop I have ever experienced. I was lied to and treated like trash. I send my car in for body work due to a minor fender bender. It took almost two weeks to receive my car back only after calling and calling only to be lied too about how the head lamp part was the wrong part and they would have to reorder another one on Friday. They said the day before the car was almost ready and they were finishing up on the head lamp. Then on Friday they said it would be the following week before they could get the correct part in. Mind you they are closed on the weekend. I send them a email about all the disfunction and disorganization in the company. Never heard a word again until Monday morning when they call to tell me the car was now all of a sudden ready. Only one hour after opening. HMM... seems strange they could get a new part in and install it in one hour. But too top it off when I received my car back my seats had grease stains all over it. It looks like whoever was working on the car had very dirty hands and smeared it all over. Why don't they put plastic down like most body shops and dealerships do? When I talk to them about it they said it was like that before... The car was not even 3 weeks old at time. They send me a picture of the trunk with stuff in it saying it was dirty before. It had a few clothes in the trunk and that was completely irrelevant to the stains on the front seats. This was my second horrible and stressful experience with the company. I was thinking this time around it would be much better, maybe last time they had my other car they were just having a bad day. However I should have trusted my gut feeling with this company and used someone else. My fault for thinking. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. There website says they go above and beyond.... that is most definitely not true.

I would highly recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center! The Staff members were very Professional. caring and compassionate. No car accidents in 45 years! I was feeling overwhelmed. All of the Staff treated me with respect, explained the process and handled everything for me! Insurance, Rental Car, Deductible information, etc. No surprises, very impressed. Also, the daily communication (text or email) to keep me informed of the work and estimate the completion date, was very reassuring, no guess work or surprises. Thank You to all the Staff! This place was the best. The whole staff is incredibly helpful. I had constant updates on the status, price, and estimated finish of the repair. I had some moderate damage on the right front bumper and fender of my used Murano. It came out looking better than when I bought it at the dealership, not even exaggerating. They even cleaned it up better inside and out, than how I received it from the dealer. 10/10 would recommend!

Worst experience with a repair shop ever!! My boyfriend hit a deer, geico recommended this place! They took over 8 weeks. Sent the car to a transmission shop. Turned out nothing was wrong with the transmission, only low on fluid. Apparently they don’t have the capacity to check for that. We have been paying for a rental car the entire time! Not that it matters to them that we are spending over an extra 1000 a month for a rental. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to use this place!! I DO NOT RECCOM!!

I ran over a deer, well in ran into me😅 Had to file a claim with auto insurance. They gave me several choices, but said that Joe Hudson Repair is who they deal with the most. So glad I went with this place. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They made you feel important more than just another number walking through their door. The tech was very informative and kept us updated in the repair process. Even people we did not deal with, in passing said hello...how are you. Their receptionist was kind and explained the process and paperwork. Highly recommended this place for you repair needs. On pricing , we had a claim so I can't comment on their fees. But , they will be well worth it if you pay out of pocket.
