Let me start by saying that I tried to make an oil change appointment online but wasn’t having any luck. I decided to call the service department and spoke with Jason — and let me tell you, he was phenomenal! He was able to get my Tahoe in and out within two hours for an oil change and tire balance. My experience was absolutely top-notch. Even though I’m from out of state, they treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel right at home. Truly an outstanding dealership with excellent customer service!

I went to Peltier Chevrolet not totally sold on a vehicle. Scott Wood met me in the parking lot with a gracious smile and was willing to help me despite the cold weather. He was super knowledgeable and honest about their inventory and was able to help me find a new vehicle and was able to meet my demanding timeline. He was not pushy about buying a car as some dealerships can be and he made the process so easy for me. I forgot an item in my trade in vehicle and he met me first thing the next morning so I could get the forgotten items. I can’t recommend him enough. If you go to Peltier Chevrolet in Tyler, you gotta ask for Scott Wood!

Service was good and completed within estimated time. I would like to see the check out/payment process streamlined a little better. I had to make 2 trips from the cashier back out to the service writer in order to get the invoice corrected to reflect the pre-paid maintenance plan I have on my Corvette. Then I had to make a 3rd trip back out to the service writer in order to apply my GM Reward points. That should all be easily handled by the cashier. Added about 20 minutes of time to picking up my car when it was ready.
