What a disappointing experience. I had my wife’s SUV in the shop a few years ago. At the time it took several back-and-forth until we finally gave up trying to get the car done right. Things like broken plastic parts we finally gave up and just went ahead and ordered them ourselves and fixed it because they couldn’t get the details right. Why am I posting now years later? This weekend, I decided I wanted to change out some lights. I took some panels apart to do this and now see how many hidden bolts were stripped cranking them back down, plastic tabs not put back in, etc. Because this was a certified shop through my insurance, I could go back and push it the lifetime warranty or whatever. But I wouldn’t Let them touch this car again. Or any car for that matter. This is not a shop focused on details enough.

Took vehicle in that was damaged & drove 13 miles out of the way, get there and mumbo Jumbo about needing the claim # from insurance carrier, which I didn't have with me. Instead of taking pics and info sent me on my way. Won't go back-periid!

Most terrible customer service ever. Blond lady at reception was rude from the start talked to use rudely. When I asked for estimate in case insurance didn't cover all that's all she wanted know what insurance. I stated that doesn't matter what if I'm paying cash. Walked out never will I ever tell anyone to go there. Guess what we had the cash to get work done. All because someone doesn't know how to talk to customers and provide excellent customer service to gain their business. Pleasing customers with information is all it would have taken in this instance for this establishment to gain our business today.

Would never come back here let alone recommend it to anyone. The people who worked on my car opened places that should have never been opened and took things out. Found my wallet (that was in my middle console) thrown in the back of my car with all my other belongings that they just threw back there and placed a fender that they “couldn’t put back” ON top of my belonging. Couldn’t find a jar of money I had in the middle console area. Called and they have no idea what happened to it. They may have one good employee there but the rest are very dishonest people. Don’t take your car here unless you want it to be tampered with.

Work took 3or4 weeks longer than promised, communication was terrible but was do to a new guy not setting up alerts properly, manager was nice and professional when addressing this training issue, wrong parts were ordered, repaired panel missing bolt, bumper not aligned properly and rocker panel removed and not replaced. Another $120 out of my own pocket plus labor to get it back to where it needs to be.

Warning for anyone needing repairs done on their vehicle - do NOT use CALIBER COLLISION. This might be very long, I’m going to keep it as short and to the point as I can. I am more than happy to elaborate details if wanted. My car was towed to this shop on Oct 8, and I did not get it back until Nov 21 - in poor condition. It got to the point that I would rather pay out of pocket and go to anywhere else than to have them “fix” anything - as you will read; the one thing they offered to fix for me (and undeniably the easiest of what needs to be fixed) they gave back to me in worse condition than it originally was. So although they didn’t offer to fix anything else, I would not accept their offer based on my experience with them. The tech on my file continuously lied to me and my insurance company, delaying my retrieval time and working up a big take home check for himself from my insurance ($2,000 worth). I have proof of the lies and will gladly discuss if wanted. Again, more than happy to elaborate on this but trying to keep it short and to the point. Due to his continuous lies and trying to scam me/my insurance in hopes of pocketing a few thousand, I am supposed to receive a reimbursement check from caliber - that as of today, 12/30 I still have not received. I’ve contacted them numerous times and get told a different story every time as to why I haven’t received it yet. I will be shocked if I ever see this check that I am owed. I had to give them headlights that I had due to the techs lies and the shops negligence. So I need this check to fix my headlights back to the proper ones, and fix the numerous things they either ignored or made worse on my vehicle. A few examples of their terrible “work” to my vehicle includes: I had paint protection film on my hood covering the majority of it. They originally gave it back to me barely covering 1/3 of the size of my hood. They offered to fix, then gave back to me- still incorrect size and the ppf was uncured. I had 7 air bubbles I had to work out and it is still lifting/peeling around the edges. Terrible work. My bumper is not aligned & they left damage on my vehicle near my door frame. The cowl panel was broken and they ignored it, leaving it up to me to pay out of pocket to have it fixed by a proper shop. They left my vehicle with big gaps between the bumper and where the headlights sit. I have photos of my vehicle, screenshots of texts between the tech at the shop and myself if needed. All in all - if you value your vehicle, your time and energy, I would highly recommend staying far away from caliber collision. The only words I can come up with go describe this shop and staff are unprofessional, negligent, unacceptable and embarrassing. I was continuously lied to, they tried to rip me/my insurance company off (and I still don’t have that reimbursement check), and they did the sloppiest work I have ever seen done to a vehicle. This has been a joke of an experience and I am truly disturbed by the lack of professionalism, effort & care for vehicles in their possession. And not once has a single person there offered me an apology or taken accountability. Instead they offer me more lies and excuses as to why I haven’t received my check yet. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS!!! Edit: today, 12/31, I have called 3 times to discuss my reimbursement check. The manager, Robert Lewis (goes by bob) finally comes to the phone (after 2 months of non stop lies and a terrible experience). I recorded all 3 calls as I was advised to do so in case I need to take legal action. Robert hung up on me on the second call. I immediately called back, spoke with Angelique and explained how he hung up on me and she transferred me back to him. This time he decided to handle the call as a manger should in the first place (and preferably before things escalate to this level), and was still just as unprofessional as the rest of his staff. It now makes sense why this has been such a joke of an experience - if the manager behaves this way, they all will.
