Mercedes-Benz of Tyler classic is the number one place to purchase and get your service this will be my fourth Mercedes and choose to go nowhere else. They fit me in for service when I didn't even have an appointment and got right on it and they were busy and did I great job everything I ask. Even put me in the VIP lounge for privacy and relaxation. That's top notch!

Three thumbs up. My service advisor Chris was pleasant and punctual, got my car in for an alignment same day when everyone else was booked up for a week, and was absolutely fantastic. It was expensive, but it's Mercedes service - you get what you pay for. Couldn't be happier with the service I got today.

Usually Mercedes dealers go above and beyond. I used several Mercedes dealerships before and all have been 5 stars. The unwillingness to help of this dealership was just mind blowing. I’ve an Airstream Sprinter van and was on my way from Tampa to Dallas. I had electrical issues and just barely made it to this dealership. They just told me that the sprinter mechanic wouldn’t be available and send me back on the road. A Sprinter isn’t that much different guys! Mercedes in Dallas figured it out immediately. It was the battery. You guys didn’t even check 5 minutes to help somebody traveling.
