Diagnosed wrong problems. I was supposed to get a refund but didn’t. I was without a vehicle for months. It ended up being a minor issue. Spoke to several different managers and they would never get back with me. I had to give up on them making it right.

I own a 2021 jeep gladiator and the radio is cutting off. I've been here three times and they still wont replace my radio.My jeep stays there 8 hours at a time and they wont even give you a call back.If you really want good service go to Platinum jeep in Terrell tx because Patterson doesn't care for their customers.

Recently took our vehicle in for service a little over 6 thousand dollars, two months in the shop and it’s not 100% fixed.. Took it back in and it’s going to cost us another $1,500. Really! Called talked with a manager he said this should have been addressed when vehicle was in shop! You think? Now my husband is driving around in 28 degree weather with no heat, thank you for your service!!

If I were able to give a negative star rating I would. I bought my car in May at the Patterson Hyundai dealership. I was told I would have a lifetime warranty under the condition that I get all my services done with them. Since then I have had multiple oil changes, and each time it takes at least 45 minutes. Today I waited a little over an hour and a half for an oil change (something that should've taken no longer than 15 minutes). Right around the 45 minute mark I asked the front desk to check on my car for me. I explained I was on my lunch break and only had an hour lunch. She in turn called someone else who told her that the man originally helping me had gone to lunch. Eventually they found someone to go check on it. My appointment was scheduled for 1 PM. The lady that went and checked on my car came back and said it would be another 20 minutes because they had just started on it (by this time it was already 2PM). After another 15 minutes passed, the manager walked by and I explained the situation to him. He said he would check on it and then disappeared. Finally the guy that was originally helping me made it back from his lunch to tell me that they didn't have the correct oil filter in stock and were now waiting on the parts store to bring them one, also stating that it could be another 5 to 25 minutes. Another 5 minutes pass and he comes back and says they found an oil filter that they could "CONVERT" (not even the correct oil filter). $65 dollars and 1.5 hours later I'm finally on my way back to work (an hour late). The customer service was pitiful. It isn't even worth keeping the warranty. All they could tell me was "I'm sorry". They have no regard for anyone else's time. What's the point in even requiring customers to make an appointment if you can't follow through with that time frame. LONG STORY SHORT --- save your time and energy and just go somewhere else!

Worst service I’ve ever dealt with. It took a month for them to take my car in and actually fix the problem with my engine. They priced me $1200 for my AC to be fixed but priced my dad who paid for it only $650 for the same ac fix. 2 days after getting it back from it being at the shop for almost 2 weeks, my heater doesn’t work. They also left some cover hanging down off the bottom of my car when I picked it up. Worst service department to deal with

I just wanted to give a five star review to Jacqueline!!! She was so helpful from scheduling over the phone, to making sure I had what I needed. Very friendly and helpful during the process of checking in and going over everything. My husband was on the way up but she made everything so easy and quick, I was able to handle it myself. Great loaner truck. Everything has been so positive so far. Will reevaluate my review after my truck has been serviced. But she definitely deserved some credit. Thank you!!

Worst place I've ever been. You can bet i will drive to Dallas for all the services on my jeep. So utterly disgusted with how customers are treated. I spent $560 on parts to fix a friend's car. they told me i had to prepay for the parts, so i did. Then they told me nevermind the original estimate of $1500 is now $7000. When we asked if they could just fix the part we asked, they said no and to come get the car. So, for no work. No labor. And pre paid part. They could only give me $120 back on the parts i pre paid for, and the justification was that the rest was for labor. Labor, that wasn't ever done. I guess i paid $440 for lifting the car up on a rack, doing nothing to it, and bringing it back down. It's utterly ridiculous. I wouldn't even suggest this place to my worst enemy. And i will be telling anyone that listens about my experience and to not waste their time or money here.

If you are thinking of purchasing or using Patterson service center in Tyler be forewarned that they are understaffed and unable to meet customer needs in a timely manner. Dropping a vehicle off and waiting 3 days before it’s even looked at is not something I signed up for.

We have had the worst experience with patterson service center.. specially with their manager Benny he was so rude and screamed at my husband because my husband told him we needed our truck back and that we were tired of waiting.. we have been back and forth with this place since summer of 2024 and they still can't fix our truck after an accident my husband suffered at no fault to him and the insurance said we had to return rental because supposedly shop already finished our truck and they already paid them and the service shop has not even been working on our truck it's still sitting in the lot. We had never had such a horrible experience with a shop or any place in general.
