Took over 200 man hours in the shop to fix a problem that they estimated would take 41 man hours, and it ended up only taking 33, yet I was out of a car for 5 weeks. Also, keep finding things wrong. Broken AC vent near panel that was replaced, door does not register as open, and the interior carpet was popped out of place as well.

Outstanding job of replacing and painting the passenger door on my 2004 Toyota Sienna. This is a friendly, husband and wife owned business, very conscientous. I plan to use them again in the near future to repair the rear bumper on our 2014 KIA.

I was lost looking for a collision repair that had been down the road years ago and wanted to use them again. I walked in the doors baby in my arms saying I couldn’t find this place was this it, had they moved or closed? All I got back was insults and rudeness. I mean if you would have said maybe we could help or had any customers service skills that made me feel welcomed I would have gotten my quote there. I know me being one customer won’t matter but wow! Great customer service. They worked directly with the insurance to fix my car after the accident. When I came to pick up the car and noticed something that didn't get done they quickly got it fixed and set me back on the road.

Let me start by saying that they do really good work. Exceptionally good. My only problem is with the breakdown in communication with my estimator/service rep. She has promised to call me repeatedly and even says she has(No missed calls) but I haven't heard anything or received any emails either

This is the second time we have used Tyler Auto Body, and once again we are extremely pleased with their performance and professionalism. They made our car look like nothing had ever happened to it last time. And now they fixed my truck and made it look better than the day I bought it in my opinion. Ben even gave me a great deal on a regulator for my rear car window that wasn’t part of the claim. He literally went out of his way and got me exactly what I needed for a much better price than I could have ever expected. Their craftsmanship and customer service cannot be rivaled in my opinion. We will definitely continue to use Tyler Auto Body for all of our repair needs, and I will continue to highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of repair work.

Very nice people, but they kept my car for 2 months (didn't tell me that beforehand) and left me with a gasket sticking out of the sunroof, the sunroof won't close, the car is noisy inside now, and the windshield wipers not working properly. They didn't inform us that they'd apparently never done that type of repair on a BMW before.

My car was still driveable and Tyler Auto Body let me keep my car while waiting for parts. I found this a great advantage over the dealer and especially so when the parts were delayed a week. Once in the shop, I received daily texts and emails updating the repair process. The work was completed on the day promised and it looked factory new. Amazing work guys. You really set the bar high for your competition!

I had a horrible experience with this auto body shop. I was told it will take two weeks to repair my car and it ended up taking them more than a month and my car is not even fixed right now. My car’s front bumper is not put in right and the hood was loose and started rattling. Their quality of service and work is not the best. This is the second time I’m going back to this body shop for them to fix my car.

This place did a first class restoration on my Nissan Sentra that had been rear ended in an accident. I swear the thing looks better than it did when it was new. They also completed the work way faster than expected. This place does first class work!
