Killer Audio described in 3 words “Above and beyond” Im so impressed with the serviced done to my car. Killer Audio is a World classed local gem. Sam and Jordan are the beasts from the Deep east. Im a traveling healthcare worker from the east coast. being on the road on an assignment its a struggle finding reliable people for the essentials. I called Them after searching for a car audio repair shop late one Saturday afternoon. They called me back scheduled an appointment to get my radio installed on my work horse. By far the BEST price I have ever received to install my radio and rearview camera. They arrived EARLY and professional. I must admit I arrived with so many of my issues. The radio I purchased didnt have the right wiring or bracket Sam hopped in his ride and went to find the part. The radio did not fit in the dashkit My guy Sam informed me of the issue and offered to shave the dash kit down to fit the unit. my service required additional time due to these issues and almost missed an appointment. My guys Sam and Jordan promptly stopped the install made the car driveable for me to get to my dr appointment complete and make it back. they finished the install promptly. I had another issue that arose with a sensor. those guys stopped what they were doing after the end of the work day to help me sort out my problem. This is the hospitality that you can only find in the deep east. The guys at Killer Audio serviced my work car the same way they serving the wrapped corvette( this really happened that day). With care and Respect. Sam even followed up a few hours late to check up. THIS IS WHAT TEXAS IS ALL ABOUT. You will not find this quality service anywhere else. I cant wait to get those 16s installed. So head down to Killer Audio and tell them Ak from BK Sent you.

Very disappointed that Sam was scheduled to do an install and he didn't show up. My son drove 4 hours round trip and Sam never showed up and didn't have the courtesy to give us a call before making the long trip. I won't be doing anymore business with Killer Audio. Sorry Dustin, you're a cool dude but this was very unprofessional.

Killer audio did wanders for my wife and I. With there finance option I was able to bass up both of my vehicles and the service was great.
