Great experience at this dealership. We just moved to the area and they serviced my older Lincoln as if it was a new one. And did an amazing job. (Much better level of care than my previous Lincoln dealership) Then I found an another car later on and they made the buying experience a good one. I would give them my business again. Lance Nichols was great with communication and answering all of our questions regarding the lease of our new Honda. We recently had some service done at Jack O' Diamonds on our 2018 Honda Civic. Julie Jordan was our service representative and she was outstanding. She is courteous, but also very , very knowledgeable regarding our vehicle and the maintenance needed. Julie is excellent at her job and when we go, we always ask for her. She explains our options, answers our questions, and is more than just an employee. This is our first Honda, but if we choose to buy another, we will definitely go to Jack O' Diamonds.

My wife was in an accident and her car was totaled. We began shopping for a new car. We looked at a nissan kicks and a Honda civic. My wife perfered the honda, since we purchased a new one in 2006. We contacted another dealer in longview who told us they had a great selection. That turned out not to be true. So the following day she reched out to Lance at Jack O Diamonds . He informed her that yhey had 1 honda civic Lx left in stock. We arrived at 10am and was greeted by Lance. He walked us around the car and offered us a test drive. He was very patient and knowledgable. We closed the deal. Thanks Lance for helping my wife get the car that she wanted. I highly reccommend this business if you are looking for a Honda. My wife has been driving her new car for 2 days, and loves it.

Literally just left the place as I’m writing this. I was due for an oil change. Drove up to this Honda Dealership and did not know where the Service Drive-In was so I parked in front. Walked in and no greet but saw all the employees walking around as if no one saw me. There was someone at the information desk but she was on her computer and didn’t say anything until I said excuse me multiple times and asked for service desks, she literally pointed and said “there”. I already knew what this place was going to be like. Went to find service area and everyone was sitting at that desk, once again, like I was invisible. Now there are 2 of us standing and waiting. Minutes later, a lady rudely says, can I help you? I was telling her ‘I was there for an oil change and more..’ and she rudely interrupted me and talked over me raising her voice. I snapped back and said let me finish. Anyway, this woman’s name is Julie. Rude over the phone and rude in person. Waited and purposely sat by the door to see if it’s just me about how rude one was but nope, almost everyone did not say a thing to anyone. So, I’m giving 2 stars for this other lady name, Denora, was very sweet and kind all the way to check out. Go over to Chevrolet Dealership next to it for better service!

A lot of the negative reviews on here are about services or minor issues. I haven’t gotten serviced yet hopefully everything goes smooth. Anyways my review is based on purchasing a car and trading in my leased vehicle, they made the process easy. Sarah helped me set up an appointment with Drew, he was able to help me trade my Honda passport for the 2024 Honda hrv. Not as good as the passport, but better mileage, and it’s what we needed as a family. Anyway I appreciate the customer Service they have here. Drew was very helpful so was Leo and Sarah. Thanks guys.
