I had A DRL problem that came up on my car called lots of place most or all wanted to charge me over 120 just to look at my car he look at it for free and got me going the same day .. I wanted to say thank you for fixing my car and making the whole process easy and affordable and they had to keep my car and even gave me ride home .. Eli and his crew were awesome! I had , what I thought, a small A/C issue. It turned out a bit more complicated. They walked me through the process and kept me informed of the progress right up til it was finished. There were no hidden fees or charges. Eli has to be the best mechanics in Tyler. I have used him several times and I am beyond satisfied with his service. I have a Chevrolet that needed a radiator he and his team worked after his closing time to get my truck back and running. I also have a cobra that they did general maintenance, and repaired my AC. I could go on and on. If you're looking for a reliable honest and affordable mechanic look no further.

Eli at Downtown Garage and his crew did a great job at taking care of my suspension issue. I felt he was honest and knowledgeable. My car rides so much better and no longer makes the horrible embarrassing noise like it was falling apart. Price was beyond fair compared to the shop I had previously taken it to that day. Management does not care if they cause a problem to your vehicle as long as the initial problem was fixed. The manager Eli does not care if you are satisfied, he will not try to hear your end of things but will gladly accept your money. He caused a problem to my vehicle that was not there before he started working on it, yet did not want to fix it. It was a very minor problem but he did not want to have any more dealings with my vehicle.

Big THANK YOU to Eli at Downtown Garage. I had fuel leak cause by a part not being properly secured when having something else fixed by another mechanic. I called a friend to ask if he knew a mechanic I could take it to because I was leaking fuel rapidly. He suggested Downtown Garage. It’s a locally owned family business. He called Eli and let him know I was on my way. As soon as I pulled up he was outside before I put my car in park. He asked what work I had done, saw the leaking fuel and went straight to the problem. He fixed it quickly and looked over the work the mechanic did just to ensure the problem was solved. I GREATLY appreciate his knowledge and service. I now have his card and will be using him in the future.

First off, I want to thank Daniel over at AutoZone in Tyler Tx on Beckham. I went there because my check engine light was on. Daniel referred to Eli at Downtown Garage on Erwin in Tyler Tx. I'm so glad I went there. Eli was so knowledgeable. He drove my SUV to see what the issue was, he even noticed another problem that I was having.
