When I first went they said they had a 36000 mile warranty, so I thought spending a little extra was no problem, what I didn't realize is this is just a way for them to bring you back in and charge you for a bunch of stuff you don't need. The last time I came in they tried to charge me an extra 1300 bucks when all I needed was a 70 dollar.hose. I will never go to any of their companies anymore.

I had a really great experience with Enrique and his team at the shop! He had worked on one of my older cars before, and I was always impressed with how well he fixed it. So when I recently bought a used car that started shutting off at red lights, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed. I tried taking it to a few different mechanics, but no one could really figure out what was wrong, and some even claimed they fixed it when they hadn’t. Once I saw that Enrique had opened his own shop, I felt a wave of relief. I knew I could trust him to get to the bottom of the issue. He and his team did an excellent job fixing my car, and it’s running like a brand new car Honestly, I was worried I might have to give up on it, but thanks to them, I’m back on the road without any worries. I can’t recommend them enough! I’m definitely planning to go back for any future car issues. If you’re looking for a reliable mechanic, look no further

I was referred to Premier from another well reviewed mechanic as I was needing routine maintenance performed on my Altima and I refuse to be ripped off by the dealership. They got me in early, had a ride for me to go to work, updates all day, and had my car back by end of day! It's been about a month and a half later and my car is running great, if not like new! I appreciate the friendliness and immediate service I received...and thank you for saving me a few hundred dollars! You guys are awesome!

I took my car to Premier Auto repair in Tyler because they showed a 5 star review. I called last week and made an appointment with Michael for Monday 9/15/25. Micheal was very professional. Dropped my car off on Monday at around 0810 and Joe” baby face” Nelson at front desk checked me in. I went to run some errands but then I came back twice to check on the status of the car and Joe ( at front desk) told me car was next and it would take about an hour or so for diagnostic. I came back at around 13:30 and the car was still sitting in lot and had not been worked on yet since 0810 when I dropped it off. So sat there for 5 1/2 hrs for nothing. All I asked for is clean and clear communication instead I felt I was being given the run around on when the car was going to be worked on. I also felt Joe had no customer service skills whatsoever when I expressed my concerns to him. Not even an apology, NOTHING! This shop may have a 5 rating review but my experience was not a 5 rating one. I have a busy schedule and now I have to take another day off, look for another shop to service my car 😕. I asked why did I have to make an appoinment to bring the car in anyway if I was going to wait 6 hrs to get serviced and Joe gave me some BS answer.

Called a few shops and was referred to Premier Auto for a simple drain and fill on my transmission. Price quoted was very reasonable and fair. I asked to use a specific ATF from Toyota and they were able to oblige my request with no issues. Atmosphere is great...they have drinks and snack while you wait. The service was great! I don't understand the 1 star reviews but I guess you can't please everyone. Will definitely bring my truck here for services in the future.
