Extremely good customer service from all of the employees!!! They call and give you options if they find something wrong that wasn't noticed when you brought it in. The only downfall is is that they are ridiculously busy every single day. Just shows how good the service really is. And the head mechanic knows what he's doing. I was a mechanic for 11 years and I will take it to him other than anybody else for all of my needs

Staff are very polite and honest. If you bring in your car for them to check and there's nothing wrong with it, they won't charge you a dime. The have competitive prices for their tires and their service is guaranteed. Their waiting lobby is clean and even have free coffee :)

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!! I came in for a blinker. Then I mentioned a noise it was making. They checked it out. Got the parts and fixed it. They were shorthanded so there was a wait. After faulty tire sensor replaced, vehicle would not start. Battery was checked and it had very little voltage. I was given the opportunity of what to do, bought new battery from Valvoline Tire & Auto at a reasonable charge. Would recommend them them to anyone

Went in to get a tire checked, and the tech spotted the issue. Need some tires, went ahead and ordered them, everything seemed fine at this point in time. Said they would call me when the tires came in, never got a call. Was told first come first serve. Came in a little before 11am. Was told it would take about an hour maybe a little longer because of lunch. I didn't leave till a little after 4:30pm. They also used the wrong wheel weights, they used the hammered on ones which just chewed up the paint on the rim. My rims are only suppose to have the stick on ones. Had to wait because I didn't have a ride, and the entire time, there just acting like they hated their job, and was completely unprofessional.

Bought a used car with a few concerns so go an all points inspection and now I have a list of repairs with order of importance which gives me peace of mind and repair goals to work toward to keep me on the road…staff very knowledgeable and friendly …does not want to do unnecessary repairs…I highly recommend and will be back …also their computerized itemized repair eval send you photos and videos of your car so that you can see the problem…I was very impressed…the best part - I was not charged a penny

The team here are very customer oriented. I am from MN and was in town working when I began to have some vehicle problems. I am VERY picky as to whom I allow to touch my vehicles, and I am glad I decided to go here. Everyone made sure to communicate with me what they found, what was a priority and what could possibly wait. In addition to completing the work in a timely manner the manager (knowing that I was new in town) gave me a ride back to my hotel. Prices are more than fair and best service I have had at a shop outside of my hometown. Thank you again for all you did to help keep me on the road.

I've come to Valvoline twice now and so far, we've had amazing experiences. I had to take my car to them, at no fault to them, two days in a row to get an oil change and 3 tires and alignment. They were so amazing in letting me know what was going on and so respectful. Anthony was so helpful and tried to make it as efficient as possible and even better that it was costing me well within the budget I had available and pretty affordable considering the work that needed to be done. Cleaned my brake pads, just did everything I needed. I'm super happy with the service and the work and definitely plan to return for future auto maintenance. Thank you so much especially for Anthony for helping me out as much as he could!
