I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Christian Brothers during the inspection of my Honda Odyssey. Although we were unable to proceed with repairs due to engine failure, I found the honesty and thoroughness of the inspection report commendable. The report included a website link that detailed all aspects of the inspection, complete with videos and well-articulated explanations, which greatly aided my understanding, particularly as someone who is not very knowledgeable about vehicles. Additionally, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the facility. Thank you for your courteous service; I look forward to bringing my other vehicles in for future maintenance.

Amazing experience! My right brake light was out and I had been needing to fix it. On the way home from work I called Christian brothers automotive because I had some mail in coupons from them saved up. They were able to get me in that same moment , checked and fixed my brake light and another faulty light all within 20 minutes ! They let me have my service for free! I was so grateful and lucky. Small act of kindness made my day! Will be coming here for all future car needs :)

The best and most honest auto shop around here. I’ve used them twice now and it doesn’t get better than this place. First off the staff there are wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. You don’t have to worry about them trying to add more things than what you need. They did my A/C a long time ago when it went out it’s been perfect ever since. They stand by their work and even though I’ve never had a problem I imagine they would fix a mess up if it had happened. When you need work you can just drive your car to the front and get out and they will park it for you so you can come in and get paperwork started. When you pick it up after the job they drive it to the front for you as you pay and you just get in and go. I will always use them when needed and you should too. This is a place I very much trust 100% of the time. Thanks!!

I brought my truck here at 7am last Monday. I told them I wanted both U joints replaced, a front end alignment, and to know what was wrong with my heater. They didn’t look at the truck until Tuesday. Mechanic said the U joints were fine, the front tires were worn unevenly, yet they couldn’t tell me why. Less than a week later my truck is on the side of the road with a busted U joint. I was charged almost $300 for inspections and they did nothing. Don’t waste your time or money on this lazy location that doesn’t do what the customer asks.

Worth the cost. They're by far the most expensive mechanics around (over twice the price of the dealership on some items), but their transparency, willingness to explain things well to you, photo and video documentation, and willingness to go above and beyond is second to none. They really are the best.

I was badly overcharged! I approved changing out the thermostat and expected to pay around $500. Instead my bill was $1,500!!! I was charged 2 times for diagnostic fees...$170 x 2. I royally got it stuck to me! Having another mechanic fix something they broke and he even said it was insane.

Took my car to get belt replaced. They offered for a paid detailed inspection. So glad I got that! Shuttles me to my work and picked me back up to pick up my car. Was able to get it fixed in the 1 day. Mercedes was extremely helpful. I know I called several times and she was able to answer my questions and explain everything. All the staff I met was fantastic. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. In April 2025, I brought my truck to Christian Brothers Automotive to replace the front right wheel bearings. Several months later, the road noise returned. I brought the truck back in and was told the right bearings had failed again, and that the left bearings had also failed. Under warranty, they replaced the right side again, and I paid to have the left side replaced at that time. When I picked up the vehicle after the second repair, I immediately noticed that during sharp turns (left or right), the tires were contacting the inside of the wheel housing. This was not occurring prior to the bearing work. The rubbing/contact is clearly audible and consistent when turning the wheel fully left or right. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that the vehicle made that sound when they initially pulled it into the bay. I can’t speak to what they believe they heard, but I drove this truck for three and a half years prior to this, and it never once made that sound. The first time I experienced the tire rubbing was the day I picked it up after the second repair. My concern is not just the repeat bearing failure, but that the vehicle was returned to me with a new issue that was not present before service. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I would have preferred a resolution that left the vehicle in proper working condition after multiple bearing replacements.
