Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to take care of my windshield. They should be studied as what exceptional customer looks like. I was only introduced to Moose Auto Glass via a car dealership who was having issues sourcing a windshield on a vehicle I purchased. This place is amazing. I cannot explain enough, the excellent level of customer service I've received from Moose. My windshield was backordered through Subaru and it took months for the windshield to come in. It was unfortunate having to wait so long; however, Jennifer kept me up to date and in the loop about what was going on with the windshield. She called me many times throughout the waiting process letting me know the status of the windshield. Upon finally getting to come in for the windshield replacement, I was greeted with an extremely friendly staff, and service. The waiting area was very comfortable and they had complimentary snacks and drinks. They even bought me lunch!!! This is the best customer service I've ever received from a business. Definitely choose Moose for your autoglass needs!

When I first called for a quote to replace my windshield , it was the price I paid out the door! ( unheard of)!. I had to wait for my car so I sat, listened and observed staff interactions with phone calls and walk ins.Everyone was very professional and went out of their way to make sure customers were satisfied on every level. The office manager Jennifer even bought my lunch. There are windows so that you can watch the work being done. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. I absolutely recommend Moose Auto Glass and will use them again a thousand times over. In our current fast-paced social media lives, it's pretty awesome to find a company that puts customer service first. Kudos!!

Jennifer was fantastic! She was thorough explaining the process and even told me about a recall on my vehicle. They are family owned, professional and do quality work. I paid cash as my insurance didn't cover windshields. They are the least expensive and most knowledgeable compared to the other local companies I called. Where do I start? Everything about this business is better than a customer could ever ask for. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and extremely amenable. They treat you like family from the outset and they take extreme ownership of their work and their duty to advocate for their customers. They have earned every single 5 star review they have. I will be taking all of my vehicles here for tinting/glass work. No chain could ever beat this local gem. Beyond that, no chain could ever beat their prices. The only shame is that I can’t take my cars here for more than just glass work. Oh, and on top of it all they are huge dog people and treated my own dog like royalty when I brought her with me. How can you do any better than that?

Wow I can’t say enough great things about our experience! We unfortunately had our rear window broken out due to theft.. we found Moose Auto Glass online and decided to give them a call. This place is THE BEST! My windshield was replaced with care and there is no distinguishing between the original and the new! They even made sure my TXTAG and oil change stickers were back correctly in place after the replacement. I had wanted my driver and passenger windows tinted to match the rest of my car when I purchased it in Jan 2022, but the dealership didn't offer it. These guys did the replacement windshield AND window tinting in the SAME DAY! While I had no doubt they could do both, I was fortunate that when I brought it in for windshield replacement and asked about tinting they were able to do both! Imagine my surprise and pure delight they had the availability and were willing to do it same day!!! I LOVE IT!!! The cost was so reasonable, I wish I had done it in February!!! The team was so customer friendly and easy to work with too!! They worked directly with my insurance company making the whole process seamless. I will take ALL my vehicles to Moose for any window needs! THANK YOU MOOSE! LOVE MT WINDOWS!!!

This was my first time using Moose Auto Glass. My parents have always spoken highly of them, but I never had the chance to use their services until I bought my Tundra. I went straight to them to have all of my windows tinted, including the front “eyebrow” strip at the top. The only small issue I noticed is that the edge of the tint near my rearview mirror looks a bit jagged where the material was cut. Honestly, most people would never notice it, but I see it every day, so it caught my eye after a few months. Even with that minor detail, I’ll definitely be using Moose Auto Glass again. Their customer service was great, the work was solid overall, and their prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

I had a leaking windshield on my Motorhone and it is a big one. Moose auto glass did a great job for me. The glass is about 5’ tall and 8’wide so it was a tricky job. I had an appointment with Safelite autoglass and the day of the appointment they called and said my 1999 toyota was too old and probably rusted around the window. Strange but whatever. I cancel my vacation day and head to work, tell a coworker what happened and he recommended Moose auto glass so I call and make an appointment. They get me in within 2 days. So I head to moose autoglass the day of the appointment and am welcomed by their friendly awesome staff, I immediately felt welcomed! Now thinking ahead or so I thought I remove the registration sticker to save from buying another one. Well the folks at Moose 1 upped me, they moved my tire rotation sticker, oil change sticker AND the TX toll tag sticker and had them in the exact spot on the new windshield as the old!! If you are looking for quality glass with quality workmanship from friendly folks this is your place! I will not go anywhere else for my vehicle glass needs. A big thank you to Moose Auto Glass!!
