Do not recommend this place got ripped off on an AC compressor for 1500 with warranty messed up on me the son tells me the warranty had gone out wich was a lie I showed him on his computer then he tells me he still has to charge me again after the owner his father told me if I spent the 1500 any repairs would be covered labor included then I ask let me speak to you're dad he tell me that's not possible he's getting deported and is in a detention center I guess what goes up must eventually come back down

I had an alternator put on my car. Felipe is an excellent mechanic who’s very honest. His prices are reasonable and he doesn’t price gouge the first alternator was from Autozone and Autozone sold me a bad alternator. I took it back to Felipe at The Mouse Head and once he found out the alternator was bad he dealt with Autozone and getting the right replacement Alternator. I highly recommend Felipe at The Mouse Head he’s a wonderful person who is honest and professional. I will only be taking my car to The Mouse Head from now on they are great and I appreciate that he goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied as a customer.

Took car that had been sitting up awhile here to get road ready. Charged me over $600 plus $30 for windshield wipers. Assured me everything was good to go and that I shouldn't have any issues. 2 days later, the check engine light came on, car started shaking and ran hot. So basically I paid $600 for a new battery and an oil change.

I had a coolant flush done here. I only briefly interacted with who I believe was the owner, Felipe, but in that time I could tell he is a very honest man who seems to really care for his customers. The young guys he had working with him were very polite and professional too, as was the girl who answered my questions on the phone and took my payment. Great, local, family business... would much prefer to do business here over any big chain businesses, especially since the prices are even comparable!

I cannot say enough good about the owner of the shop. Easily one of the most professional and ethical mechanics I have ever worked with. I go to them every time I need any work done on my vehicle. If you need an oil change they get it in and out 30 minutes max. Whenever I needed my car for a trip in the past they even came in early to work on it for me so I would have it by that next morning. Truly a family run business that wants the best for their customers

Been going there for years. Love da place never had any issues. They treat u like family. They take good care of u and if u have any mechanical issues they look at that as well. Price there is very reasonable, I've gone to other oil changes spots like Valvoline, 5 minute oil change and other spots and they charge u way more there for just an oil change.
