Jason, Mitch, Dia, Chris, Jessica and Robert are just a few of employees there who go above and beyond helping customers. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and most important they do not attempt to sell you things you don't need which nowadays is becoming rare. I would feel 100% comfortable sending my Grandmother there without worrying if she will be taken advantage of.

So, my wife's car needed a new battery. I went by O'Reilly to get a new one. My salesman, Adam (great name) was awesome. He was friendly and helpful. It was a hot day and he installed the battery for me with a smile on his face. You can get a new battery it 2 other places within sight of this store, but this type of customer service sets this store apart.

Clean and professionally organized establishment. Social distancing and mask wearing is in practice. The staff here is knowledgeable and eager to help with all you auto parts needs. If you are unsure they have the knowledge and means to assist with your automotive needs. They have an extensive inventory. If they do not have the part you need on hand they can have it for in a matter of a couple of hours to next day shipping. I am pleased to do all my automotive parts shopping with this company!

Bought a new motorcraft battery and it was discharged ( dead) , when we installed at home. They did not test battery before sale. Never again. I will use auto zone.it was not the product that was the problem, O’Reilly ‘s service. The battery charged fine at shop , after it was towed in. Your response is so lame, just empty words, no offer to make it right.

Went to this store for a headlight bulb for my GMC pickup had been up the street at Auto Zone an bought bulb but they.tried but could not put bulb in, im a.older man so went up to Oreily an ask for bulb an a young pretty hispanic.lady name Sara came.out an put it right in , she was so pleasant.thanked her so much

Won't be using this location again. The manager plainly said "If you're going to be returning parts then you might want to find another supplier, O'Reillys doesn't exchange parts." If she is bothered with honoring warranties or accepting core exchanges then I definitely will take her advice & use a different parts supplier.
