Honest, Fair, Smart, Listens My RV was repaired timely and was a high-quality job. I highly recommend Mike! Mike, is my hero. If you’re reading this, then you must be an RV owner, so you know some fixes aren’t one size fits all. I have a Jayco Grayhawk C class RV that has a factory defect where the gas filler tube does not have a proper fall to fill the RV causing constant backfill and pump shut off. The problem got so bad that I couldn’t even put a gallon of gas in the RV. I called almost every RV repair shop in the DFW area and almost none were willing to help, and the one place that was willing, replaced the tube but made the problem worse. Mike came out and he and I discussed the issue, he studied the problem, researched online to understand the issue and what others have done to try to fix it, and then developed the solution that was far superior to the Jayco recall bulletin repair suggestion.

After making several calls to other rv repair companies and getting told I would have to pay an unreasonable price for them to even look at and diagnose my rv a/c problem, I contacted Mike. Mike not only took time out of his Saturday to listen to exactly what the problem that I was experiencing was, but he also video called me to walk me through an extremely easy fix to my issue, and didn't charge me a dime. I cannot express the gratitude my wife and I have to Mike for responding so quickly to address our slide out problem, as we were broke down in Laneville, Texas. Mike took our blown slide out cylinders to Tyler and had new plungers and seals replaced, saving us a lot of money and days of waiting for new parts. Most impressive, however, was that Mike installed the repaired parts during the storm that hit East Texas. Thanks again Mike for a job well done. Had a water leak and a refrigerator door issue. Since my camper is parked 300 miles from me, I needed a mobile mechanic to make the repairs. Based only on Google reviews, I decided to give Mike a call. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He kept me posted on his ETA and gave me an estimate over the phone which was important to me as I could not be onsite at the time of the repair. Mike professionally fixed both issues and I’m back up and running! His repair knowledge and fair pricing are impeccable! By far a faster and better priced repair than any RV repair shop! This guy put me on his back burner and would not answer or return calls for days. When he finally began the work he made sure it took multiple trips so he could charge his outrageous trip charge. It took 4 visits to get my rubber seals to stay in place. We discussed other items before he came but when he arrived he said he doesn't do instead of telling me when we were talking on the phone. Not to mention, 2 items are missing after he worked on my rv

My elderly parents, who live 340 miles away from me, were without water in their RV. Mike tried to repair our GE rooftop unit but was not successful. He said he’d get us a new unit from Ft Worth which saved us shipping cost. Was gonna return the next day but flooding rains for two days. We were going to cancel our trip. It finally stopped raining and started clearing. Mike called and said don’t cancel your trip. I’m on my way. An hour to an hour and a half and he had us up and going. We left late but we made it and got set up before dark. It seemed like was going to be a bummer weekend and wasted vacation time but thanks to Mike we’re here splashing in the puddles. We are grateful and I’ll definately call him again. You should too. BTW he will respond to your texts faster than a voicemail so keep that in mind.

Would not hire them again they really don’t know what they’re doing hired him to do it adjustment on the slide out now I think it’s worse than what it was wouldn’t recommend him I don’t know who the two guys were but they don’t know nothing about RVs so now my slide out is worse than what it was so now I have to take it to someone else to get it fixed. Thanks a lot. OK, but there was two guys using your name your company that worked on my RV

He did an outstanding job on the electrical work at my RV. My breaker box was at serious risk due to burned neutral wires and a damaged wire nut. He corrected the issue thoroughly and traced the root cause to a faulty outlet that was causing a grounding problem. He also replaced the cover on my AC unit, which I had removed while testing the control box. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and personable, and even brought a great sense of humor to the job. I will absolutely use his services again and will be recommending him to others at the RV park.
