very bad customer service, I had a flat this Sat. 9/6 around 3:00 went in the store to ask and did not even give me a chance to ask for a price for a new tire, manager with very bad attitude didn't even let me ask right away he said he had no time to come back tomorrow that he closes at 6:00 and had two cars to work on. I will not go back EVER.

It was quick and convenient. Made a call and drove in. Even though they're really busy they responded quickly. It's a tire which has had to be ordered before as I've gotten a couple sets there. Surprisingly they had one in stock so that usual shipment delay was gone and saved a couple hours. Because of warranty on prior purchase and end up being significantly less than what I expected. Quick professional and informative and one of the best tire replacement turnarounds I've ever experienced. Staff is professional knowledgeable informative transparent and a great joy to deal with

The manager at this location was very rude. We had an appointment scheduled and once we arrived he told us that it would take 3 to 4 hours to do an oil change. He then went on to tell us that if we didn’t like we can go somewhere else like jiffylube or another shop. Horrible Customer Service.

Made an appointment to have my two front tires replaced last week. Got an estimate and one of the technicians highly recommended an ailment which I went with as well. The technicians were very professional, helpful, and even met the store manager who made sure I was being helped. He also went out of his way to offer me water and some snacks. Mike was very helpful he was able to thoroughly check my alignment and make sure there was no damage from hitting a pot hole and also fix my alignment correctly the first time no issues. I like coming here because they earned my trust for getting the job done right the first time . Been coming here for years and due a proper review. I had a great experience here from start to finish. The team was super friendly and attentive from the moment I booked my appointment the day before. I came in for a tire inspection because one of my tires kept losing air. Even though I arrived early (I called ahead to check), they saw me right away. They quickly found a small screw in my tire and repaired it in no time. Mike was especially professional and friendly throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend!

Hello, I worked with Mike, Downey site. I brought my Classic 1986 Cj7 JEEP to him for repair / replacement of the power steering pump - do to being a Classic JEEP - Mike had to special order all needed parts - the pump on my JEEP was the ORIGINAL from 1986!!!! Fitting was rusted on, Mike had to have his staff SOAK the fitting in order to remove and replace!!!! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with Mike and this Allen Tire location!!!! My JEEP is totally OPEN, I ride with the "short doors" on so extremely venerable!!! I requested he keep my JEEP INSIDE to protect from being stolen and Mike did!!!! Handled my Classic JEEP with exceptional care!!!! Repairs done in a timely manner!!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop!!!!! I will be back!!!! Cheryl Lomonaco
