Was recently visiting Los Angeles, Ca and noticed I was getting a "change oil light" on my dashboard. I immediately stopped by this Pep Boys I seen exiting the freeway. Most of my vehicles get serviced at car dealerships. However, just did not want to take a chance. So, I got an oil change. Jose, shop manager was GREAT and the Tech (who's name was also Jose) was very efficient and was in and out within one hour. They even rotated my tires for an additional $10.00. Shop/waiting area was overall really clean. Customer Service gets a 10 out of a 10! (this location is on Paramount Ave in the city of Downey, Ca)

On 1/25/20 I got an oil change from there on I was smelling burning oil or some kind of fluid had my car looked on 2/2/20 to discover oil was splattered all over my engine, belts, roof of my inner hood, just everywhere because who ever at pepboys forgot to put the cap back on the top to where the motor oil goes. The top was still in the middle front gap where you open up my hood to car.

Came here for SUV alignment $89.99 (after a company truck🚚💥 almost hit me and made me hit the sidewalk curb) clean friendly employees. Free coffee☕ free charging station for cell phone📱🔋 and looks like a water bottle refill there. Too bad i don't have one I will definitely use it. One bad thing is the TV remote control was missing. I don't know if there Wi-Fi didn't advertise it. Plenty of parking space
