Everyone there was extremely nice but more importantly honest. I took my vehicle there to get a second opinion. Once they checked the car, it was revealed that my $1300.00 repair was actually only $200.00. They immediately informed me of what was wrong and took the time to show me. My vehicle was fixed and I have not had any issues with it since. Honesty goes a long way. I will be taking all my vehicles there for repairs from here on out.

This place is not a honest shop. My sister‘s jeep was overheating. She went to this shop to find the issue, she left it there for repair. They told her that she needed to rebuild the engine all they did was fill up radiator with antifreeze didn’t even change any parts and they charge $800 when she told me I went to her house and checked her car. I changed the thermostat and temperature sensor and the truck was fixed so all they did was rip off.

Big time, five stars all the way. Just had my brakes done, I purchased the pads and the rotors from AutoZone because I have a warranty. All I needed was the labor cost, they did it for $40 and sometimes $70 cheaper than all the other auto repair companies here in Downey. They are now my go-to auto repair shop.

The service here is top notch and the mechanics themselves are genuinely good people. They never tried to fish for more money and only charged what was necessary to help my car run smoothly. The owner and the shorter man at counter with glasses are amazing and great customer service but majority of the mechanics here are very homophobic and when I first started coming they would constantly speak about the way I looked as if I didn’t understand Spanish. I never said anything because they were working on my vehicle and I didn’t want any random new issues arising for defending myself. Besides that they do pretty good work. I would only try speaking with boss man or the shorter guy with glasses if you are black and part of the lgbt. The other taller guy with glasses has a horrible attitude every time I come in. Like he is upset to see me. If it wasn’t for reoccurring work being done I would have stopped coming a long time ago. Car service is 4 star but service is 2 star. Btw I was brought to this auto shop by AAA.

Great service here. They explained everything that was going to be done to my car and worked pretty fast. I went in for an alignment and 2 tire replacements. It took 45 mins or so. Good pricing as well. I dropped in for a quote and returned the next day for service so again very fast service the fact I didn’t have to make an appointment. I highly recommend. Good customer service also the gentlemen are all polite. Thank you!

I was with my brother when he turned too sharply and hit the curb so hard that the right rear tire sidewall was severely damaged and it was losing pressure. Looked up the nearest tire center which luckily was a couple of miles away. Called to let them know we were on the way. It was 4:45 p.m. and they close at 5:00. Luckily they had the matching brand and size, jacked up the car, removed the old tire and installed the new in minutes! We appreciated their no fuss attitude and service without closing the shop in our faces. We were back on the road less than an hour! Highly recommend this well stocked & equipped shop, flexible management and professional staff. They changed an otherwise bad situation into a mere inconvenience.

Not Trust Worthy. 2 stories 1.) I took my Toyota Prius years ago. The new owner told me the break rotors needed to be changed. If not, my new breaks would only last about 3 months since I was doing Uber/Lyft. The breaks lasted 4 years! 2.) My ex wife took her 2021 Nissan to have her breaks changed recently. Her rear breaks started squeeking and gradually worsened. She took her car back. The owner told her that Nissans tend to squeek when you go in reverse and is a known problem. He said the squeeking has nothing to do with his breaks but offered to fix the issue for an additional $500 dollars. Why did he not warn her from the beginning advising her this is a common occurrence with Nissans?? My ex wife said he did not maintain eye contact while he was explaining this and seemed nervous (red flag = possibly lying) The old owner was cool and honest. This new owner is shady. Not sure how he's stayed in business for almost 10 years. Beware, you have been warned.

I was quoted $2,300 for necessary work? Then was approved by their credit company for $4,500. The owner then spent a very looong while sharing his religion? Later that evening Velasco indicated an additional $1,250 work was necessary? I complained about trouble getting car started & he recommended spark plugs & other work at a cost of $900!! Later learned spark plugs shouldn't cost as much?! I admit it's an older car & still hasn't reached 60k miles! When I was about to sign, learned their credit company had an 89% APR IF the bill wasn't paid within 90-Days!! Opted to use my credit card instead. When I got home realized they charged an additional $135 above the invoice possibly bc I used my credit card?!! As we've heard it say BUYER BEWARE, Especially IF they waste your time talking more about their religion than the vehicle itself!

I liked the customer service part...but some of these comments are right...was quoted a price for 3 different services.but wen I showed up they changed it up on me...and at the end of the day I think they do over charge...I ended up leaving paying close to 4,000 but it's mainly my fault for being ignorant about cars etc.but wen u have no one in your life to teach u anything ppl take advantage of you..sad world we live in...I'll post pics up lmk if I needed the repairs done or not?????

This auto shop is amazing. I needed a big work done after a warranty visit and they did it in a timely manner. I had to come back again with the vehicle because something was wrong with the car and they honored their warranty and charge me nothing. They even bought my uber home. Just dropped off my car here, service was very good/friendly. Owner was personable and provided a repair estimate that was competitive/reasonable (was quoted at $1500ish, 3rd party estimates gave a range of $1400-$1800), and even promised a less than 24 hour turnaround, which was good to hear. I’ll update the review upon completion of repairs, but I’m very happy with the service I was provided so far.
