I brought my brand new truck in for repairs. I was dreading for the worst in waiting time. Julian came in, communicated great, gave me the rundown and time frame shortly after and yet managed to finish before the date given. Not only were they prompt, but job very well done. God forbid I need more repairs in the future but if I do, I know where to go for sure!

Crash Champions left the replacement parts warehouse stickers on the parts they replaced and waxing compound as well, when I asked the repair person why they were not removed and wax cleaned, he told me that it was not hard to remove and remove it myself. I was also harassed to pick up the car because it had been ready but it was not due to the above. I will not recommend or coming back.

Firstly the staff was very rude and they just screw my car after they give my car I got faced many new problems every day I request everyone who seen this review plz don’t come here if you love your car or don’t want new damage in your vehicle they want only money they don’t care about time they can only fix little damages but if you have big damages they guys can’t deal with it and some people who give them good reviews because they have little bit damage in their vehicle and they fixed it in time

Crash champions I think not. I was not happy with the repairs done. I was happy to hear that my car had been fixed in as little as one day, but at what quality. I arrive to pick up my car and am asked to pay for the repairs before I get to see the finished product. I asked the staff member for a review of the car first. When I confront staff about the misaligned parts and the pitted and grainy paint job, I am answered with great hostility. I am told that I am wrong and do not know what I am talking about. Crash champion does not care about the quality of the repair, but care more about how much they can profit from providing low quality craftsmanship. You should always understand what you are paying for, and should be shown what has been done. Thank you everyone for reading my review. Definitely a shop I would not recommend. My tailgate was stolen, Its been more than a month and I am still waiting for my vehicle to be complete. I understand partsmay take time or delivered wrong, but the lack of communication is what makes it bad.

My service advisor Angel, would never give an honest update. The GM Paul wasn't much better. Then once I picked up the truck, the lack of quality work was on full display. This company is just there to cut corners and over charge people. Parts marked new and you can see they are reused. My door handle still has the marks from the car who hit me. Don't waste your time with these folks.
