Lidio is mean and can’t speak English properly. He sells used tires and keeps the cash. Every time I go he is rude to me and his staff! Always bossing them around, and saying he is the manager so they better do what he says. No respect for his employees, if I was his boss I would fire him. His young assistant is always nice and gets the job done, he should be the manager

Do not give this Allen Tire Company any business. Alejandro who works the front desk is clueless and rude. When I walked in he was on a personal phone call on speaker. Him and the man were joking and cussing back and forth to one another. He spent another two minutes on the phone. Once done he did not greet me but instead just looked at me. He then quoted me over $200 for a single "off-brand" tire. I explain to him that I've been coming to Allen for years and these were the tires I was looking for in the price I had previously paid. He said this was the price and there's nothing he could do to help me. I tried showing him my receipt from November 2021 and he didn't want to see it. He gave me this price because I was a female and I was alone. I am so upset how I was treated. If you are a female do not come here. If you have a wife or a daughter do not support this place. Every customer should be treated the same if they are male or female.

Title: Misleading Quotes and Poor Communication I recently visited Allen Tire for brake repairs and replacements, lured by a seemingly reasonable quote of $250 given by the on-site Manager. To my dismay, the Manager, upon being confronted inside the store, contradicted the initial quote, stating that the $250 only applied to the back brakes. The entire episode left me questioning the integrity of their service and the professionalism of the Manager. Clear communication is crucial when dealing with customers, and the failure to provide accurate information has resulted in a deeply unsatisfactory experience. I regret proceeding with the service, as I would have reconsidered had I been aware of the actual terms from the outset. This misleading pricing strategy and the subsequent change in the story have left me with a sense of disappointment and disgust. In conclusion, my experience with Allen Tire has been marred by miscommunication and a lack of clarity in their dealings. I would caution others to be wary of potential discrepancies in quotes and to seek detailed information upfront to avoid similar unpleasant surprises.

Extremely happy with this place. I went by myself and the guy who helped me was so professional and polite. I wanted to use the restroom, but I was afraid it may be dirty, since a bunch of guys work there..... oh boy I was sooooo wrong!. This restroom was impecable! I couldn't believe it! I know it is messed up to say what I thought, but I want to be honest. I will definitely go back if I ever need anything else done to my car. I got an oil change, price is fair and the place is nice. thank you

This location is horrible and the manager Nelson is extremely rude. We purchased a Groupon for here and when we went in to use it, he made us click the "mark as used" button right in front of him before doing the service and then proceeded to turn us away saying it was already redeemed, even tho he redeemed it right at that moment. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The call service is scheduling appt. during there lunch hour. Now I have to wait an hour they need to know the times to better schedule appt. this is unacceptable and some bs!!. The first st. Allen tires is horrible! The guy at the desk was extremely rude and very disrespectful he even started cussing at me. I do not recommend ANYONE to go to that location. That short mexican guy should not be in his position at all and I also hear I'm not the first one to complain about this guy. Why is he still working there? My company has a corporate account and I was on the phone with them at the time this guy got out of hand and because of the way this guy treated me we are closing are account!!! Also you need to seriously look at your policy and if someone buys tires free patch repair should be a given with the prices your charging just like any other tire shop.

Ridiculous establishment. I showed up 1 employee is there with no customers no management on site. The manager shows up five minutes after my appointment time and then refuses my business because he says my oil was too low. I bought a Groupon to go to this place and drove 30 minutes. He was 100% rude and cussed me out to leave when I resisted the point to help get oil in my car, I was 1 thousand miles over my suggested time to get it changed and admit it was low, but absolutely horrible customer care. I went to Valvoline down the street and they have no problem changing my oil this place is a waste of time.

Very good customer experience close to the end of closing on a weekday. I had a flat and no spare so I had to get towed to this location, and the staff stayed a little after closing time to replace all four tires. Paid a little bit more than I had wanted to, but that's me being cheap. They were quick and helpful and I would recommend

Dissatisfied with an alignment service done at this location. I’ve recommended this place to plenty of other friends and family members with great results. Recently my brother took in his JEEP SRT for two front tires and an alignment due to the inside of the two front tires wearing out aggressively down to the threads. And all they did was adjust Toe and send him on his way without informing the customer about other issues with caster or camber they didn’t even bother to write down the mileage or customer information on the paperwork! 🤬 Can anyone please recommend another Allen tire shop? Fountain valley? Costa Mesa?

Left a meeting with low tire pressure, figured it was a nail. Drove straight to Allen tire on 1st Street, and they took my car back immediately. They checked out all 4 tires, no nail, topped all my tires off with air and sent me on my way. The staff was very friendly, especially the manager, who told me they’d take care of my car anytime. Definitely will never come back here I was the only customer and it took over 35min and the service was not great at all. It is overpriced and customer service is bad. I wasn’t told beforehand what oil grade was gonna be put in my car assuming that they knew this information however, after they finished my car, I asked him kindly. What grade did they use and he replied 10-30 I told him my car does not take that it takes 5-20 and he said well you get what you pay for and I told him why didn’t you tell me before you guys did it? I thought you guys knew and he said again you get what you pay for that’s on you!!! I don’t think that’s a way to respond to your customers and I don’t think that is OK. I will definitely never come to this establishment or any of its other affiliates and as a customer, we have the power to take our business elsewhere and make sure our money and business is valued.
