1-23-25 6:45 pm This is the sewing time that I brought my car. The first time my service was great. This time wasn’t good. I had my car towed to the shop because of an oil leak. Which they previously told me on my first visit. Arriving to pay for my service I was asking who fixed my car. I always want to see my old parts and ask what was done to my car. However my total was $603.82 for a valve cover gasket, oil change, parts and labor. I was asking the cashier about my car he cousins tell me. He was the one who drove my car. The guy Mike said he didn’t do my oil change. I told him that I paid for it to have an oil change. If it’s leaking oil why wouldn’t you check the oil and the paperwork for my car. First red flag. I pulled off in my car. While driving out the parking lot my car was smoking, making a loud noise and it was jerking. I immediately called Mike informing him of my car issues. He told me to come back so he could ride with me. Mike stated that it was the tire. We was going back and fourth about my car. He said they would look at it. I said no you going to fix it. My car wasn’t driving or sounding like that when I brought it. Then he was like I’ll give you your money back. He know he messed up my car. I will be reporting them to the bbs.Why is my car leaking OIL if I paid $600 to stop the oil

Great and very knowledgeable very patient and will take time if it means your car may sit for a while. At the time when Ihe work was completed I was with Car shield a company that is horrible and extremely the definition of a rip off. This gem by Old National made the process easy. The owner, Mike, really helped me out when I was in a jam with my Audi A4. I was told I had an oil pan gasket leak by Take 5 Oil Change, turns out it was a Valve Cover Gasket leak. No car repair is really cheap when they pop up unexpectedly but this shop has great rates and I was able to get my car fixed the same day I brought it in. I take both my cars here & recommend all my friends and family.

I brought them a 2015 Chrysler 200! Paid 4000 for them to fix what THEY SAID was wrong just for them to say something else was wrong and although I was not willing to pay for the extra part to be fixed…. They still have not fixed the issues they listed was wrong so the car is still currently sitting in their car yard still dismantled and they don’t plan on fixing even tho I have already paid them!!!! The best part about their company is their secretary because she tries to get the mechanics to at least communicate and she is honest about what is going on! FYI: They have had my car for a year!!!!!
