Very greatfull to have met this man. Like the reviews say he goes above and beyond to help get you back on the road. Had to spend some nights next to the shop . The guys makes sure your comfortable and safe had to wait for parts but once they got their the man is a mad genuis at getting things repaired. I reached out to Cally on a Sunday where all the shop were Closed I respect is Work Ethics and Hustle and Grind. Helped me fix my Control Arms which was A Suspension Job He was very knowledgeable and showed were my parts were old and needed new ones he got the job done right away and saved a headache from dealing with bigger chains like firestone who Overcharges for everything . god bless this man for all he does I been in Albany for over 30 days with no way to get back home to NYC I call this man to help me with my car he went above and beyond to help me get my 1995 Subaru it had a bad water pump he fix it and gave me a good deal to do I will refer anybody to this man I gave you my word this man a make it's happen when it comes to fixing cars it goes above and beyond to make sure your car is fix if he can't fix it I don't know nobody that can

Cally is an amazing man and mechanic!! My serpentine belt slipped because the tensioner failed on a Saturday night as I was about to pull into UAlbany to pick up my daughter. I had the car towed to him and he fixed it by 10:30 on a Sunday!! He is honest, fair, a good mechanic and wonderful gentleman!

Cally is a knowledgeable, well-spoken, and above all a very thorough and honest mechanic. He values customer service and it shows. Even if he does not have the exact equipment to do a job, he will not leave you hanging, and will advise you on how to go about finding the parts, or advise you on what to tell another shop so you aren't taken advantage of. Cally may be a mechanic, but he is also a teacher through and through, and is excellent at what he does. My car had a coolant leak and not only did he spend the time to diagnose and walk me through the inner workings of the engine cooling system, he took the time to teach me, the customer, what to look for should it ever happen again. He EMPOWERS the customer to be part of the process, which is a rare quality to find anywhere in any type of business these days. I did not think I would be able to find a fair and honest mechanic since my father passed, so I have been going to big businesses like Midas and Mavis for years. These businesses pale in comparison. In fact, they could learn a lot from shops like his. I have definitely found my mechanic and would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you, Cally, for fixing my vehicle. You are all aces!

Took my Toyota Camry to Cally on Sunday because every other auto shop was closed for a checkup. He was the only one open in my area, called and he booked me right away for the afternoon. Pulled right up and he was very knowledgeable and took his time to inspect my car in detail. He was very honest and friendly and showed me how the brake pads worked and that there was also no leaks in my car. Very affordable in price and accommodating on last minute notice. I would definitely go back to him in the future with any other issues! Highly recommend his services!

Can't recommend this guy enough. When there was smoke pouring out of our grille, he came to our house to look at it (and didn't charge us!). Was very nice, transparent, and knowledgable throughout the whole process. He tells you and actually shows you what is wrong with your car, and how he's gonna fix it. Cally is the total opposite of those mechanics that want to throw a bunch of jargon at you and overcharge you. If you're looking for an honest mechanic in Albany, Cally is your guy.
