Thank you, Julio!! I went into this shop after getting an alignment and still having some issues with my vehicle pulling. This alignment shop informed me that a dealership did some shady things with my brakes and I was going to need to replace my rotors and brakes by winter (less than 20,000 miles on them). After my car was inspected at this shop, I was informed that I had the wrong lug nuts on my car. Julio took the time to look into the lug nuts and figure out what was going on instead of brushing it off. The manager determined that this was the probable cause for some of the issues including bad handling and uneven tire wear. Apparently, this uneven tire wear was documented from my visit here last year when getting a tire replaced, but that rep who helped me in March 2024 never mentioned it. He also never mentioned that the lug nuts may be wrong, just that they didn't look the same. At this point, I was stressing as this is an expensive fix. A new set of tires, rotors, brakes and another alignment, plus the correct lug nuts. I also realized that the dealership, parts store and previous tire rep all failed to give me full information about the parts on my car (rotors, lug nuts and tires). Julio took the time to explain my options for tires to help with the pricing, recommended a shop for the alignment and brakes and made this situation a lot easier to navigate. He openly communicated, was very personable, honest and restored my confidence in this shop. So, once again, thank you so much!

I've been using this shop for more than 25 years. I encouraged my family to visit this place because of the service they had. I said they had because it is not the same anymore. Service is been awful in the past months. Last visit was a weeks ago when I sent my wife to have a rotation and balance done on the car that she drives and they told her it would be done in 45 minutes to an hour. She thought well call me when it is ready so she left and she barely crossed the street when they called her and said to her that the car was ready. No even 10 minutes. She told the service person that he said that it would be ready in about an hour and he said they have it ready now. Oh yeah they tried to sell her new tires and the tires we just got a few years ago but very little miles. Do you think this is right? They not even touch the car, I looked at the tires and they were never rotated. This is what you get when you get new tires and pay insurance for free balances and free rotations.

I went to America's Tire to have one of the tires replaced on my 2025 Mazda 3 Turbo. I was there on 5/9/25 @ 5:30 PM, and the store was located @ 5545 Pacific Ave. I went here because they tend to carry some of the odd size tires that other shops don't; and thankfully they had what I needed. The problem was how I was accosted in the parking lot by one of their sales associates; his name was Alexis. I had barely opened the driver's side door and put both feet on the pavement, and he was already in my personal space. I honestly didn't even see him coming, so I was a little startled by his immediate presence. But before I could even speak, he was already asking me a series of questions. No pleasantries. No warming up to each other. Just an over-zealous sales person trying to control the conversation and steer me in a certain direction. Think back to a time when you had to deal with an aggressive salesman on a dealership lot. It was like that but on steroids. So if this kind of behavior makes you uncomfortable, and if you think this type of behavior is in bad taste--then I recommend going somewhere else.

Straight terrible, can’t get my tires put on simply because they’re hardly stretched and mind my last set is significantly more stretched and the service was still done. All because a little bit of the lettering was gone. I’d sign a waiver or anything they want I just wanted them put on. Straight disappointing, all I wanted was a rebalance on my new set of wheels, they Didn’t have to touch my tires whatsoever and can’t even do that.

Ok this tire shop is a good shop I’m not goin to knock it I just think it needs better management at the store guys are blasting Music in the work area younger guys not paying attention fully not paying fully attention. I took in my 2019 Mercedes Benz to get a tire replaced that had been damaged at a mom and pops garage thinking hey this is a big tire shop what could go wrong lol well I get there customer service is Good guys nice they took one hr with my car in the shop so when they come in I’m like cool ready he’s like no man the other shop that messed up your tire must have damaged your key to the lock on your rim so now I’m like ok I should of not told him about what happened so now they have a excuse to tell me about how they broke my key to the lock and he rite away proceeds to refund me now I have to wait for 5 business days to get refunded not only that they left the broken pice of key in the lock telling me if you get a magnet you can take it out and they couldn’t install the bolt from the rim they did take off so I’m riding around with a missing bolt on one of my wheels and they also scratched the coating on my wheel with the impact gun I’m like OK OH and go to the Mercedes dealer to get another key OK so then I get my car back my high beams are on the radio is blasting the self parking feature was activated what where you guys doing in my car I’m disappointed in the younger workers that don’t pay attention to what they are doing in a shop like that I do recommend the shop I just feel upper management needs to step in and set down some stricter rules to these workers FYI I went in for a balance and a tire change that I brought with me . 4/26/25 It’s now Saturday just paid 79.57$ for just this key with out it my tires can’t get replaced I need to talk to management

The product and wait time was fine, but if you're a woman, you might need to speak up get a male associate to listen to you if there's a man accompanying you. Hubby and I recently went in flat repair for my 4x4 and was told the tire was too old, and I decided to get 4 new ones. Hubby was not a part of anything and sat in a chair for most of it; I initially approached to counter, I spoke to the associate, I said what I needed, and I asked about treadwear, prices, and warranties. But when hubby approached, the associated turned to him to asked the same questions and started dealing with him. Hubby deferred to me a few times before finally telling the associate it was my car and purchase, and he should be speaking to me directly. I'm not saying all the associates are sexist, and this might not apply to you or bother you, but if it does, be prepared.

I noticed a slow leak in my tire before driving 70 miles home in the dark. I stopped in 5 mins to closing and the staff took my car in immediately, identified the problem (which wasnt easy finding the small shard of metal), fixed the problem, rechecked all tires for pressure. No one was rushed to go home except me. They were very patient and friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. To my surprise no charge! They just wanted to ensure I was safe on the road. I will be buying all my tires now from Americas Tire! Thank you!

Came for rotation and balance that was free since purchase of tire was with them. 1st they lie about tire depth measurements 2nd they deny your service request 3rd they try to sell you new tires when mine has still a lot of life in them. I told the guy he was so concerned about my safety and that I will not die since my tires are still good. I am too old to know when someone is lying to my face.

Appointments are must to get in and out. They are always crazy busy but will be able to take you in a pinch. I had a nail in my tire and didn’t know it. I went on a Thursday and got air in the tire because it was low. They found the nail and so I made an appointment and came in the Friday morning and it was fixed. Lighting struck twice because Sunday I got a flat and I went online and made an appointment for Monday morning. They fixed it free and I was on the road within 30 minutes. I have not had issues since. Like others have commented on, the atmosphere could be more professional. But overall I had a pleasant experience.

I had an appointment with America’s Tire, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time. Walk-ins showed up the same time as me, we all stood in line together at the counter, and nobody bothered to ask who actually had an appointment. What is the point of scheduling ahead if they do not even check? When I asked one of the associates in the picture if there was an appointment line or process, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. He looked at me and said, “We’ll get to you.” That is not an answer, that is just brushing me off. Later, when I finally got someone else at the desk to help me, I asked again. My exact question was, “What’s the point of having an appointment if you just serve walk-ins first?” His response was, “You’ll be next, the other cars aren’t ready.” But as I stood there, I watched multiple cars get pulled into the shop ahead of mine. I was ignored, dismissed, and then flat-out lied to. I am not trying to be an asshole, but seriously, what is the point of offering appointments if you do not honor them? Do not waste customers’ time with a fake scheduling system that means nothing. On top of that, the way the associate treated me was completely rude and unprofessional. If you expect your appointment to actually matter or at least want basic respect when you ask a fair question, I would strongly think twice before coming here. Update: After posting my experience with America’s Tire, I received a follow-up survey. In that survey, it claimed something along the lines of: “Did you know customers spend 30% less time in store if they book an appointment online?” That is flat-out false. I booked an appointment, showed up on time, and still got treated the exact same as walk-ins. I waited around while other cars were pulled in ahead of mine, with no acknowledgment that I had scheduled ahead. If anything, I wasted more time because I bothered to book in advance. It feels dishonest to push a statistic like that when the reality for customers is completely different. If America’s Tire wants to earn trust, they need to stop making misleading claims and actually make the appointment system mean something. Otherwise, don’t bother advertising it at all.

I been going here on and off. Make the appointment as usual and the workers are professional and helpful. Until I went in one day to get my tires check when the light was on. They fix it because there was a nail, but then they suggested I should get a new spare tire because the one I had was expired and need a new one, check the price and it was $140 for a spare tire. No, thank you. Second time around the tire light was one, made the appointment and the guy automatically told me I need new alignment and new tires just by looking. So nothing was done but because I knew I just got these tires, so I didn’t go with it. So I went to have the tire check for air and the guy found a nail on the back right tires instead and I had to go back in line again and appointment ! If he check it in the beginning I didn’t have too . Time wasted. They took the nail out and patch it. I felt like they are just trying to up sale me to get new tires instead of helping me, especially I’m a women. I’m not going to buy new tires from them again. Felt like I can’t trust America tires anymore. Will be going to Costco tires instead.
