Don’t waste your time at this location they are least interested to work. I bought my wheels and tires from stockton location little over a year ago amazing staff there. I came here on MAY-13-2024 for flat repair the woman denied that it won’t be safe to do it because it has cracks on side. I asked if she can get a 2nd opinion she went inside and came back and said yeah technician saying the same.He didn’t even looked at it. They don’t even have my tires in stock. Apparently my less than 2 year old tires have severe cracks .I went to Les schwab just few minutes away from them they fixed it for free $0 and I didn’t even bought my tires and wheels from them. Here is the after picture getting my tire repaired.

Shout out to Raul Cortez. I got my tire replaced in September after hitting a curb. Today Oct 11 I’m inspecting my car before a road trip and found out the tire looks exactly the same as I had turned the car. Came here to show Raul and we realized they had replaced the wrong tire. He apologized and gave me an express tire change service free of charge. Now I have two brand new tires! PS: One feedback is to not take phone calls while you have customers standing in line.

My experience at American Tire with salesperson Javier S.V. was extremely disappointing. From the moment I spoke with him, he was pushy and kept insisting that I purchase tires I didn’t want or need. Instead of listening to my concerns, he asked rude and uncomfortable questions, making the entire interaction feel pressured and unprofessional. I expect honesty and respect when making a purchase, but I received neither from Javier. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I recommend that other customers be cautious when dealing with him.

No-nonsense shop. Bought tires and scheduled an appointment on their website, and the car was ready to go a little over half an hour after I showed up. Communication was efficient and coherent, they figured out who I was and greeted me before I even had a chance to close the car door. Fancy cars in the lot. I'll be back if I'm still in Fremont when I'm looking for another set of tires for my BMW.

Absolutely had a great experience. I had a flat tire and I called them for an appointment, they said I can get my cars towed at their location and ordered the tires required with specifications of my choice. Got the insurance for all the four tires and left my car there. The tires were swapped with new ones and all ready to pick by Monday afternoon. Very quick service and quite reliable. Had been a member of discount tires for a while that why came back to americas tire here! Totally recommend it!!

came to San Hope American Tekker Tahmircisi to have one thin needle done, it was stuck in the middle of my tekker, as seen in the picture, they were not helpful and I came all this way and there was no appointment, he tried to leave me alone, I took the needle out, closed the place and asked him to inflate it again, but he said they were busy, the sides of the tekker were gone, I don't know, there were a lot of excuses, I went there with my spare wheel and they did not help at all, it is not as recommended, yes, I changed the tekker tahmir myself under that sun, he said he would send help, he lied, he went here if you are not obliged, I do not recommend it

4/2/25 Tuesday last week on Tue replace all 4 low air tire sensors (TPMS) for 2014 Prius V paid $273 sales associate Hunter gave m better deal, thanks to him. Somehow after few days low air sign appears again. Sales associate Pierce very helpful decide to replace all 4 sensors probably different brand or better quality. 1/15/24 Wednesday 4 Firestone tires $877 for nissan kicks but they don't have in the stock so canceled the transaction n got tires from Fremont tires & wheels on mowry avenue $944 including alignment. I prefer get work done from America's tire. 6/5/22 Monday great location, nice employees, reasonable price, quick service n free air check. Always go by appointment.

They moved the valve stem without informing me. It looks like they may have broken the extension and didn’t know how to handle it, so they chose not to say anything. When I got home, I had to add air to the tire and even remove the rims just to reach the valve stem. I attached before and after!

I was there to get my tire checked, and the staff was super friendly and nice. They confirmed the tire was still healthy even though it got a scratch and let me know what I should be looking out for in the future. I really appreciate the support!

I bought my tires here at America Tire. They Didn’t want to patch my tire which had a nail. The nail was in the middle of the tire . Plenty of rubber on each side to patch. They then made an excuse . An employee told me my tread was not deep enough. I questioned it , he then said it was “by law”. He said that if the tread wasn’t deep enough he couldn’t patch it, by law ,and I had to buy a new one . There was plenty of tread and there is no such law . I then promptly brought it to Les Schwab where i didn’t buy the tire and they patch it for free.

This is a late review from August 2025. Raul Cortez helped me with my tires. He made me feel very safe and secure with his interaction. My son and I walked over to the Fremont Art & Wine festival while he took care of my tires. The communication was excellent. He also gave me a card to go to America’s tires in Union City for a tire rotation (The Fremont location does not rotate tires) thank you so much ☺️

Craig is truly exceptional. I’ve had the privilege of having him service the tires on two of my household vehicles, and he consistently delivers outstanding workmanship and customer care. His professionalism and reliability have earned my trust, and I will remain a loyal America’s Tire customer moving forward.

Purchased tires from America’s tire less than a year ago. Came in for air check. 20 minutes later no technician shows up. Only one car in the bay, 4 technicians working/chatting. A technician stated somebody will be with me in shortly. 15 minutes, no one came. In the meantime, 2 other customers pulled in and got attended, but nobody bothered to show up for air check. They don’t allow customers to use air check or inflate. They will not service their existing customers with air check. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Overall it was frustrating experience. 0 star to the dark-skinned, bearded male sales at the counter furthest inside (i didnt notice his name). 5 star to Holly I visited this location around 3 PM on Jan 2, 2026, and was first assisted by a dark-skinned, bearded male associate at the counter furthest inside (i didnt notice his name). I am extremely frustrated by this individual's irritating deceive sales tactics. What started as a simple service turned into a very uncomfortable experience due to his dismissive attitude and blatant misinformation: * Incompetence or Dishonesty: He repeatedly and aggressively insisted my tires were "All-Season" even though they are clearly "Summer" tires. Even after I pointed out the "105 W" marking and the P7 model specs, he dismissed my research and pressured me to just pay and leave. He even claimed all seasons tires were cheaper to mislead me to buy. Its very easy to search online and make sure its “summer” tires, not “all-season.” He just dismissed my question and didn’t bother to search in the system or internet. He showed me all season directly and dismissed my question and never double check the specs on the tires. * Absurd Justifications: When I finally proved he was wrong, instead of apologizing, he pivoted to a ridiculous excuse. He claimed that because the Bay Area is "rainy and muddy," two front summer tires and two rear All-Season tires are safer than all summer tires. I almost laughed—anyone living here knows the Bay Area is mostly sunny with very little rain. It was a transparent attempt to cover his tracks after getting caught in a lie. I checked, and the two front tires are summer tires while the two rear tires are all-season - that's actually even more dangerous. Mixing tire types is already unsafe to begin with, and on top of that, my car is rear-wheel drive. He's just making stuff up to cover his own mistake, completely disregarding customer safety. Extremely irresponsible and absolutely terrible. * Price Discrepancy: It felt like a bait-and-switch. He was pushing All-Season tires—which are more expensive—by mislabeling my current Summer tires. This felt less like a professional recommendation and more like an attempt to overcharge an informed customer. Everyone would not appreciate being lied to or treated with such condescension. This associate’s lack of basic tire knowledge and his "moving the goalposts" when caught in an error have completely destroyed my trust in his service. Thankfully, i reached out to another sales, a female associate at the front desk has professional and patient attitudes and behavior to actually verify the facts. She confirmed I was right: my tires are Summer tires and are priced lower than the All-Season version he was pushing. Of course, its very easy to search. i searched myself too. I don’t know what happened. I left my car the day before afternoon due to lack of tires. And tires arrived at 11:30 am next day. I was told it was done before 2pm, around 2pm I called many times, but nobody answered. So I came to the shop by urber and found it wasn’t started working on my car at all. And after I arrived, my car was added to the service queue after all. If I didnt come in person, maybe it would have been much later or forgotten.. I left my car yesterday for a tire replacement. The tires arrived at 11:30 AM today, and I was told it would be ready by 2 PM. Around 2pm I called many times but nobody answered. I Ubered there only to find they hadn't started yet. They then put my car at the back of the line, which was incredibly unfair. It felt like my car was forgotten until I arrived in person. Very poor communication and scheduling. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I recommend that other customers be cautious when dealing with him (dark-skinned, bearded male ).

The Tesla finally needed new tires at 59,164 miles. Got the Michelin CrossClimate 2 from America's Tire on 01/08/26. The pricing is really competitive... a Penny less than Costco. Something I didn't check: Costco installation cost, included? Here, it's $100 for all four. But, considering I was in and out within an hour plus the great service and later free puncture + rotation ones. Worth it. Thank you to the America's Tire staff Hunter for being friendly, prompt, and professional. He repeated my order and noted some customers said it's noisier than the OEM tires, to make sure I don't regret it. I've confirmed that I read the reviews and saw this, but also have sat in a Model 3 using the same tires + my other car has these tires. Also thank you for the service staff, forgot your name, but also very professional and asked for any concerns, questions after he was done with the car. Now for the tires. It's actually not louder than the OEM, but it does have different noise characteristics. Overall more muted, more dampened, so I like it better. Also a bonus for me, it's an all-season tire that get a 3 snow-peaks qualification. In my driving experience so far: they're actually quieter overall than the OEM MXM tires. At lower speed, the wind noise is lower, only at a higher speed you'd hear maybe more, but more muted (possibly since this is not run-flat tires with stiffer sides, plus toward the end worn out). this makes them more comfortable. Not being run-flat tires also possibly make it quieter at higher speed. Again, with the noise coming at different frequencies (less low rumble, a bit higher), color (more muted, less sharp), absorbing more of the noise (even without the foam insert) and transmit softer bumps into the cabin.
