Absolute 5 star experience. Responsive friendly customer service from the first phone call. Were able to squeeze me into an estimate and repair date within a few weeks, unlike some places I tried where it was months out. The workmanship so far seems perfect. Price was actually great, I checked one other shop who quoted me hundreds more. And the cherry on top, they washed waxed my car and cleaned the interior as an included bonus! Sorry to the team, for my car was in bad need of cleaning. Thanks Linda and Fix Auto!

The repair was good and fix the front bumper and side but in the process they broke my headlight. Now my auto headlight doesn't work (meaning it will not turn itself off at night when i turn my car off). The repair shop said they didn't break it but I know it was working prior to taking it to them. Now they ask me to prove it was working before. They said take it to Toyota... not even sure how they can proof it was working before.

DO NOT GO THERE. Worst experience ever with a shop. First let's talk about the customer service or lack of I had to call the number on the door since nobody was in the from and had to ring the door bell to get a person to come up. Then after I took my car there their they"fixed it" had the same issue happen a week later so I took it back they "fixed it" again still charged me because they said it was my fault. I took it to a different shop Comp U Tech in Hayward they fixed it and told me how messed up it was. Thank you for taking my money. I'd give no stars if possible

I would like to inform you all that whatever you see on the review it’s not accurate on my experience on what I told by Mr. Carla it wasn’t match I thought they specialize for bumper pain when I took my 2015 Lexus there for a paint job on rear and front bumper get it pretty horrific job overall

I recently brought my white Mercedes C 250 to Fix Auto in Warm Springs, Fremont for some rear bumper repair as I was rear ended. From the moment I spoke with Linda, I knew I was in good hands. She took care of everything with setting the appointment time, answering all of my questions and most importantly, did a great job communicating with my insurance agent at State Farm. The whole process was stress free and I found her and all of the staff members very friendly and courteous. Fix Auto did a great job repairing the bumper and they gave my car a thorough cleaning too! I highly recommend them and I hope to never be involved in another accident but should I need auto work, I would definitely go back to Fix Auto :)

I can't say enough good things about this shop. After my accident, Carlos made my car look brand new again and at the most reasonable prices I've seen in the Bay Area. This place is a complete scam. Please be extremely careful before leaving your car here, especially if you own a Tesla. My Tesla was lightly damaged after hitting a deer — only the windshield and sensors were affected after being hit by a deer. I was still able to drive it while waiting for the replacement parts and inspection. My understanding was that it only needed a simple windshield repair, which should have been a straightforward insurance claim. However, this shop created an inflated repair estimate and turned a small issue into a major “full repair” project. Within three days, my car was completely taken apart. Now, I can’t even drive it. Even though I want it be towed somewhere else for a second opinion but can’t as they won’t put it back. Because of their actions, my car was declared a total loss by the insurance company and is now being salvaged. This place cannot be trusted. It feels like my loss became someone else’s gain. Think twice before you leave your car here. I would never recommend this shop to anyone — not friends, not family, not anyone.

The shop was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end of the process, providing an outstanding service. Linda sent me regular updates via email and text, about what was going on with the car each step of the way. Fix Auto handled everything with my insurance (State Farm), so I just had to pay my deductible, and I was done. The car looked like new after they were done fixing the damages. They took less time than the estimated time to finish the repair, that was given to me before hand, so that was also nice, and cleaned the car inside and out before giving it back to me. However, I noticed some damages that were not present on the car before I dropped it. But I got an appointment to bring the car back right away, and they fixed those for free. So overall, a VERY good experience with this place.
