I believed something was wrong with their alignment. My car wiggles back and forth at freeway speed since I got tires and alignment here. I took it back once with no improvement. I also had the dealer check the alignment, all good. Apparently the tires I chose are terrible. I have no doubt any car manufacturer would outright reject these tires for a new car. Can't really blame America's tire for these, but I wish I had not done the alignment because I would have insisted on returning them if I had known they were the cause.

I was very angry! Because the tire had a nail in it, the staff asked me to replace it with an expensive new tire, but I refused. So when they put the tire back, they installed one less wheel lug nuts, only 4 out of 5 nuts, and they didn't put the valve cap back. The tire pressure was pumped up to 50 Pa, far exceeding the tire's limit pressure.This was a very bad experience, and I will never go there again

I recently had an issue with a flat tire repair for my son's vehicle. We brought the tire in on Saturday, expecting the repair to be completed, but unfortunately, when we came back, the work hadn't been done, which was very inconvenient and disappointing. Today, I called the store, and Jake answered the phone. He was immediately apologetic and professional. I explained the situation, and Jake took ownership of the problem right away. Jake's willingness to listen, apologize for the mix-up, and efficiently fix the problem turned a one-star experience into a five-star interaction. He demonstrated outstanding customer service and truly salvaged our opinion of America's Tire. Thank you, Jake, for making things right!

1. I'm on a business trip, SF- LA (City of Industry) on Friday 2. accidentally flat tire on highway 573. Towed the car to Diamond Bar America Tire and replaced one tire. 4. They strongly recommended replacing two tires 5. I agreed but one in stock and another tire ready the next day at 12 pm 6. But I have an essential business meeting on Saturday at 5 pm in SF, CA 7. The representative suggested I go to the Ontario store and replace the tire at 8 am 8. he checks the stock and makes an appointment at 8 am 9. I slept at the Buena Park Hotel and arrived Saturday at 8:00 10. I thoroughly explained and paid everything at 8:20 (receipt printed hour) 11. After that, many cars arrived behind me, but they served ahead of me 12. They put me on a non-appointment line 13. Finally, the 10 am job was completed, and my wife stayed on the hotel parking lot for more than one hour because the hotel check-out was 10 am I changed to the 3 stars

Do not get your tires worked on here. Go somewhere else if you care about you and your family’s safety. America’s Tire in Fontana and Redlands are way better. This spot botched a patch on one of my tires and cost me 3 days and $90 instead of 5 minutes and $0 how it’s supposed to be. They hire a lot of kids fresh out of high school with no experience. They’ll strip your lights and botch patched tires. Could cost you your life or damage to your vehicle. Doubt they’ll come clean if they break something on the job.

Yesterday, on my way home from work, I decided to check the tire pressures and saw that my front passenger tire was 31 psi when all the other tires were 38 psi. Confused, I drove home and found that I a bolt had pierced my tire. These tires are fairly new and have 13K miles on them. Today, I went to Costco to have the tire fixed. After bringing my car into the bay and taking off the tire, I received a call stating that they CANNOT fix the tire based on Costco’s policy. The tire apparently has sound deadening foam inside, which makes it a little more complicated to patch/plug. The tech was nice about it and suggested I try nearby places otherwise return to buy a new tire. As suggested, I went to Les Schwab and had no luck. Second place was America’s Tires. The salesperson looked at it and confidently said that they can fix it and have done it before with other cars that had foam such as those on Teslas. The best part was that they would do it for FREE!!! It felt weird not having to pay for a service but I was grateful. An hour later, tire was plugged and I was on my way. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely check you guys out when it’s time to buy new tires.

The personnel at America's Tire at Ontario Mills have always been courteous, helpful, prompt, and professional. I have greatly appreciated this, as compared to my prior experience at the Pasadena store. One subject I would like to touch on is that the company needs further employee training and education regarding the new wheel alignment services. America's Tire has been long, long overdue getting into that game, while other tire retailers have been doing it for many years and decades. I'm glad that someone in Corporate finally came to that realization, but now it's time to make that service dependable

I’ve been coming to Ontario mills Americas Tires for many years now, they fix my nails in tires, do my rotations and when I need to buy tires, I go nowhere else but here. They gave my key to another person and they went home with it….. waited 2 hours and said my car was done. Another hour and then it was done, they messaged my wife(after I removed her number 3 times). I waited almost 3 hours for nothing until They found out it was the wrong car!!!!!!!! Don’t come to this location save yourself some time, this is the worse experience of my life and will be contacting corporate
