Overall, the price was higher than in other places (250 to 180), so they overcharged me They did alignment to my 2017 Tesla model S on 6/15/24 I went back to them on 7/22/24 and told that I feel that alignment is not good (the car was moving on the highway without moving the steering wheel, and I felt vibrating in the right front wheel) The guy told me that my car is salvaged and that they did their best (so he refused to look at the suspension) After couple weeks the metal noises came out that front right part of the suspension 8/20/24 I came to other shop for the inspection The other shop found that the previous hadn’t tightened the alignment bolts on the lower control arms (that is why I had bad alignment and metal noises) So I had to do another alignment (again), spent extra time and money After, I got back to them and asked to refund me, because they did a bad job They told me that last time 7/22/24 (they offered me the inspection - and I refused) - that is not truth, they didn’t After the guy told me that they didn’t touch these bolts (then how did they do alignment?) And after he told me that the second shop is not official, and I could asked them to write that so I can be refunded - what?!?! (So he told me - that I did fraud) I spent 250 dollars, than, “I decided” to spent another (40+180=220), to get 250 back?!?! So stupid Finally, he told me that he has a family, children and he needs that money… I mean, I have two children also, and I had to spent extra 220 dollars because they did their job bad!!! I will add photos to prove my words

Alignment prices is great, but repair quotes are outrageous. $600 for valve cover replacement.

Had a fantastic experience. I bought a car from Carvana that had a steering issue, went to firestone and they couldn't diagnose or fix it. Pete's team diagnosed it quickly, told me what needed to happen, and was very communicative throughout the process, even when a part was on backorder. As soon as the part arrived I got my car fixed up. Super professional, great work, and familiar with the Carvana warranty company so I paid nothing for the service since I bought the car so recently. He handled all. Highly recommend.

Umar knows his craft. A friend recommended I get my "triangle of death" diagnosed & fixed here after Pepboys couldn't tell me anything. It was the throttle body but because I had an oil sensor out, my Yukon threw the same code a day later. Umar had me bring it back immediately and fixed all the check engine lights, even let me drive it for a few to make sure it was finally fixed before we settled up. Thanks sir!

I went to have the cover of my rearview mirror Digno when I pulled up, the young lady from the car lot had already reached out to the owner Pete I pulled up. He asked me to park he asked for my keys. I somewhat explain to him what was going on I let him know that the piece fell off when I moved my rearview mirror That Saturday of the purchase today is Tuesday. Customer service was lousy. He took my keys pull my vehicle into the garage he never came back. I sat there from 3 o’clock until 424. I decided to get up and go ask what was going on and Pete had left and the person he said That was going to take over went to lunch. No one came and told me anything so at the end of it all they broke the piece because the covering was there have been driving the car for the last three days. He told me that I would just have to wait, but then he offered me a free oil change and wrote it on the receipt. He was rude. Told me that I would just have to wait until the parts came in which was two weeks so I would have to drive around in my Cadillac XTS with wiring and everything exposed. I told him that I was going to make a review and how he handled me. He got upset and pointed and told me to leave. He doesn’t take time to threat which I was not threatening P. I told the truth you told me to have a seat. You never came back the person that you told to take care of my vehicle never came back. I sat there for over an hour and a half and I had to get up and ask what was going on because no one in there knew what was going on with my car. One of the mechanic said oh I don’t know something. Something is all messed up the AC and everything Long story short he told me to leave. He was going to cancel the services which that another person who spoke to called into have the diagnostic in disapproved through the insurance company I would never go there. They’re rude. They lack customer service. They left fingerprints on my vehicle and they were just rude. By the way, Pete the owner told me that there was no way he can put the casing back over the rearview mirror. It was just fall behind you. I left and went back to the car lot and the director the female was able to snap it back together, so I will be going somewhere somewhere else I would recommend Not to go to this place because they’re rude. The customer service is rude. They don’t know how to talk to people and they make you wait there was a gentleman that was in there that I spoke with that have been there since 8 o’clock in the morning he had to take off work and Paula And it was like for something and I don’t think his car was even going to be ready because they were getting ready to close. It was close to five when I got ready to actually leave and when they were somewhat finished and demanded that I leave their premises.
